It's #throwbackthursday and this is one of the most classic dishes from Baeza, Spain: Jamón ibérico (spanish ham) & grilled artichokes hearts. Did you know that Spain is one of the countries with the highest artichoke production in the world? I didn't know either, I just read it now. But also jamón is very popular in Spain.
