AS BEFORE, THESE INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHTS ARE JUST A SPILLING OF IDEAS INTO THE PAGE WITH AS LITTLE THINKING ON THE WORDS AS POSSIBLE. I JUST TYPE WHAT COMES TO MIND WITHOUT CONSCIOUS EDITING. PLEASE FORGIVE ME IF IT CONTRADICTS YOUR OWN IDEALOGY OR BELIEFS.
You want to know what it means to harness your power and truly this is a matter for your own personal mind. You see there are many ways to exploit your talents in this area. You have only to be able to choose the direction you wish to go. It is a personal choice, as much of the mind as it is the spirit and the body.
You see, there is nothing stopping you but physical barriers that exist or don't. In anything you move forwards or you take a sideways step. Often people are taught that taking a step back 1s wrong, but why should it be if that is the wisest mover Sometimes, retreating to the familiar, to a known place of love and happiness is a solace. A step back can be just temporary, whilst one centers themselves and gathers strength and wisdom to move on again. No matter the direction, movement can stop stagnation and invariably leads to learning new things and adapting This has many benefits and even the change of circumstances can bring solace. For if you move and bad things happen in that direction do you not simply move again? You resume a course to side step the bad things and learn from them, this is arriving at a positive from a negative. The great thing about this constant movement is not only do you learn answers, but you're able to share them with others. As a collective, though out end goals may be different, and our personalities too; we can still benefit from the experiences of others if we are wise enough to listen.
That is the beauty of direction, that in your own or someone else's course, it is more than likely a path that has been trodden before. Someone somewhere always has advice that can be learned from. It is finding it and hearing the wisdom that is ever a problem. Some people's words arc muted or else get drowned out. Yet everyone deserves their say, and every voice no matter how big or small, deserves a hearing. In today's world you have it easier to be able to listen to these little voices. It makes it easier to benefit from wisdom both old and new. But never mistake such wise counsel as a substitute to first hand experience. It is important tor the body to keep moving, keep striving, aiming to achieve.
So we come to the mind and what that can achieve to harness power. In plain truth the simple explanation is in education. Indeed, you can be lucky and get that education from establishments set up to benefit mankind like schools and colleges, Academies and work experience. If you think of all the things at our disposal there really 1s no excuse for not being on a constant learning path. The biggest obstacle is lethargy. It is simple to get weary and tire ot the energy it takes to learn new skills and develop. We like to think of the mind as a muscle that needs a constant workout. The moment you grow lazy and rest, the harder it is to get back into the pace you were before. Yet as with the body, it is sometimes beneficial to rest and take a respite from the pressures of a mind constantly at work.
The mind is like a precious instrument on which you can play any tune if you practice. Some seem more gifted than others, but we talk of potential. The greater your will to do something the more potential you have. We use so little of the brains capability, both in the conscious and subconscious. We need too keep in mind that to an extent we impose our own limits but the barriers we set up for ourselves. You cannot achieve greatness if you aren't prepared to devote the time and energy to the practise.
The mind has a power to go off on many tangents and often this is under utilised. You don't have to just focus on one topic or one direction, the mind can take many simultaneous actions at once. Don't limit your own power by creating such obstacles, and don't allow others to impose them as restrictions. If you have a thirst for knowledge, or want to learn a certain thing then go with it. Use and harness the energy ot that interest and learn all you can first hand about it. But like before, it's good to read others wisdom and input on subjects that interest you too;. but it's no substitute for actual involvement. It's like seeing a copy of a painting in a flat image but not appreciating the depth of the brush strokes when you see or attempt it yourself.
The body has limitations placed on it, of that there is no doubt, but the mind less so. The spirit even less than that. When we talk about harnessing the spirit let me explain that this incorporates many clements. lt brings together both mind and body too, and often works in tandem with them. But it can be independent too, and whether in meditation or prayer, in dream state or waking, spirit also wants movement. It's natural affinity 1s to flow, to want to progress and strive for new heights. It's a culmination of your will and life experiences, the things that have influenced you and those you hope to affect you in times to come. It is your inspiration and drive that triggers the movement, the wish and inclination to better yourself. In short, it is free will and nobody can make you go any faster than you wish to go. Because, unlike your mind and body, your spirit is most heavily ruled over by you.
The spirit has an inclination to wander, SO its again important to keep it on track. What makes one animated and feel that they have purpose are the little things that drive the heart and make you happy. Spirit pushes on and is not necessarily confined to the boundaries that mind and body are. You should be more willing to explore with your boundless enthusiasm. Strength of faith or belief, in yourself and others only strengthen resolve and improve direction. You want to grow, you want to do better, you want to achieve. lt is not necessarily for financial but maybe spiritual reward that we do these things that involve spirit.
Spirit demand obedience. It wants you to listen to yourself and encourages you to further your own goals. Yes it listens to your heart, but it also listens to what is around it too. How else can you explain being lifted by simple beauty, like a sunset or a painting everyone else doesn't like. Or even by words or gestures or acts or kindness. These things are food and water to the growing spirit, and in its turn that nurtures your soul. The power of spirit is the most exciting of the three things we feel because it has the least limitations. You can go far beyond your bodily confines, far beyond the mind too. It can jump more hurdles, be harder to confine the more one practises, But like most things, exercising in the field is a must. You cannot expect your spirit to soar if you starve it of nourishment. YOu need to get out and explore and do things that challenge you.
It is frightening in all three mind, bod and spirit to face challenges; but it is necessary. As mentioned before, trial and error leads to more awareness and a better understanding of yourself. How will you know true limitations unless you keep pushing the boundaries to find it? Giving up and giving in are two different things, but they both inevitably lead to stagnancy. You I'll tread water for a time, perhaps a long time until inspiration strikes again. Then eventually you will press on and try to progress again. There is no right or wrong to this, just a feeling of what's right for you.
To harness your pOwer 1s a wonderful thing, and so too to help and encourage others to harness theirs. What better gift than to inspire someone back on a path to self improvement and self Realization? We all wish we were better versions of ourselves at some point. We are all on the journey of life's progression and we are on the path at different ponts. But we are on the same path. As we said before, you're not alone, others have walked it too and continue to do so. You are never alone. Your goals and aspirations arc your own but you can always ask for help and guidance. That's the beauty of harnessing the power of mind, body and spirit, nobody is too far out that you cant reach out to them, living or dead, for
inspiration and answers. Let others be a torch to light your way, and let yourself be the beacon too to cast it s glow and illuminate a way for others. If we all help each other on the path, no matter where we are and where we're heading; we will be the better for it. Go out and harness your power for the greater good, and then your own personal benefit will be the rewards ot how you got there and how it makes you feel.
