The roll is named after the Amaretto liqueur that is added to the cream.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
finely grated peel of 1/2 orange
Cream:
250ml sweet sour cream
150g of milk chocolate
100g of dark chocolate
0.5 dl amareto liqueur
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites with the sugar, then add the egg yolks and beat. Add flour and orange peel and mix.
Place in a large baking sheet to bake at 180 degrees.
Place the baked biscuit and still hot between two damp cloths.
Break the chocolate and put with 100ml of sweet sour cream to melt.
Beat the rest of the sweet sour cream and add the cooled mixture of chocolate and sweet sour cream and combine everything. Finally add the liqueur and mix.
Unroll the crust and apply the cream and wrap everything together.
Leave everything to cool and serve the Amaretto roll.
