Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 bag of baking powder
Cream:
500 ml of milk
150 g of sugar
4 tablespoons flour
200 g of margarine
1 lemon
Glaze:
200 g of dark chocolate
3 tablespoons oil
Preparation:
Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract, then add egg yolks and oil.
Finally, add flour and baking powder and combine everything and bake at 180 degrees in the baking tray you want, depending on the thickness of the cake you want to get.
Mix flour, sugar and milk, then put on the fire, then stir until it heats up and thickens.
Remove and cool completely.
Beat the margarine and add the cooled cream while mixing. finally add the ok and grated lemon zest and combine.
Cut the cooled biscuit into two parts horizontally, then apply the whole cream and cover with another crust.
Melt the chocolate with the oil and spread over the cake. You can pour white chocolate or coconut on top, and you don't have to.
