ফুসকা আজ অনেক দিন পর , আমার কিছু কলেজের বান্ধবী আর কিছু এলাকার বন্ধুদের নিয়ে আড্ডা দিলাম সাথে সেই টেস্টি টেস্টি ফুসকাও খেলাম। খুব অসাধারন মুহূর্ত ছিল। কলেজের সময় ফুসকা, ভেল্পুরি, সিংগারা ছিলো প্রতিদিনের খাবারের মতো। কারন আমাদের কলেজে (কবি নজরুল কলেজ) ক্যান্টিন ছিল না, তাই এগুলো বেশি খাওয়া হতো। সেই পুরানো দিনের কথা আজ আমাদের মনে আছে।

তাহাজ্জুদ এর নামাজ তাহাজ্জুদ নামাজ পড়ে কিছু চেয়েছেন আর ভাবছেন সেটা কবুল হবে নাকি হবে না। এমন ভাবনা ভাবাটা বড়ই বোকামী আর তায়াক্কুলের অভাব। কারন সবাই তাহাজ্জুদ পড়ার তৌফিক পায় না! আর যেখানে আল্লাহ স্বয়ং শেষরাতে প্রথম আকাশে এসে বলতে থাকেন যে কেউ কি আছে যে আমার কাছে চাইবে, আমি তাকে তাই দিব, সেখানে দোয়া কবুল হবে না কিভাবে? অবশ্যই হবে, হবেই হবে, ইন শা ল্লাহ। সত্যিই আমার আল্লাহ বড়ই মেহেরবান ও দয়ালু।

যুক্তি পূর্ণ কথা জেনে অবাক হবেন, আমাদের দেশে এখনো এমন অনেক জায়গা আছে যেখানে শার্ট-প্যান্ট পড়াকে আধুনিক ও ভালো কিছু মনে করে। সেখানে পায়জামা-পাঞ্জাবী পড়ে গেলে আপনাকে ঢুকতে দিবে না। অথচ এই রেওয়াজগুলো ব্রিটিশরা আমাদের দেশে প্রচলন করে গেছে। কেউ যদি ভালো ইংরেজি বলতে পারে তাকে অনেকেই শিক্ষিত মানুষ মনে করে। আর যদি কেউ ইংরেজি ভুল বলে তবে তাকে সবাই বাঙাল বলে। অথচ প্রকৃত অর্থে আমরা সবাই বাঙাল। - ফারাজ কারিম চোধুরি।

মেয়েরা খুব হিংসুটে হয়, কথাটা সত্যি। কিন্তু ছেলেরা মেয়েদের চেয়ে বেশি হিংসুটে। মেয়েদের চেয়ে ছেলেদের হিংসার তীব্রতা বেশি। মেয়েদের হিংসার লিস্টিটা অনেক লম্বা। এ কারণে হিংসা সেখানে ভাগ হয়ে যায়। ছেলেদের হিংসা শুধু এক জায়গাতেই কেন্দ্রীভূত। এ কারণে তাদের হিংসার মাত্রটাও বেশি। আমি সূর্যটাকেও ঈর্ষা করি আলোর অজুহাতে যে তোমাকে ছুঁয়ে দেয় রোজ! 🙁

পরীক্ষায় নকলসহ ধরা পড়েছি। তাও পরীক্ষা ছিল ইংরেজি, নকল নিয়ে গেছি অঙ্কের! ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট এসে হাতেনাতে ধরেছে। খুবই সুন্দরী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট। চেনা চেনা লাগছিল। কোথায় যেন দেখেছি...ভাবতে ভাবতেই ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট কষে লাষি মেরেছে পেছন দিকে (ফ্রেন্ডলিস্টে মুরুব্বি বেশি জন্য পেছন লিখে ব্যাপারটা সারতে হলো, ওকে?)। ছিটকে এসে পড়েছি বারান্দার মেঝেতে। একটু পরে আবিষ্কার করলাম, পরীক্ষার হল না, মেঝেটা আমার বাসার। আর লাথিটা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট না, কষেছে পাশে ঘুমে থাকা আমার স্ত্রী। তাই তো বলি ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটকে…

বেশ কিছুদিন আগে একটা পত্রিকা আমার সাক্ষাৎকার নিয়েছে। উঠতি লেখক হিসেবে। নানান প্রশ্ন করল। মঁপাসা-চেখভ থেকে মানিক বন্দোপাধ্যায়... রিয়েলিজম, সুর রিয়েলিজম... দ্বান্দ্বিক বস্তুবাদ...। এর মধ্যে একটা প্রশ্ন ছিল, অবসরে আপনি কী করেন? বললাম, সুন্দর সুন্দর মেয়েদের ফেসবুক প্রোফাইল দেখি। এরপর আর সাক্ষাৎকারটাই ছাপল না। আমি অনেকদিন অধীর আগ্রহ নিয়ে অপেক্ষা করেছিলাম। বুঝলাম না, সত্য কথা বলা দেখি মহা বিপদ!
