Tourists vacationing in the Mexican city of Cancun witnessed a "raging" water tornado.
A small vortex originated above the water surface literally before our eyes. Typically, such tornadoes live no more than 15-10 minutes and dissipate over water. The whirlwind in Cancun lasted much less, but during this time managed to damage the property of the Temptation hotel.

The tornado did not scatter over the water, but reached the beach, where it picked up umbrellas and awnings, throwing them high into the air. In the video, filmed by a tourist who came from Venezuela, you can see how the beach bar workers barely have time to dodge flying objects.
