Sleep More, Sleep Less

The more you sleep, the less stress you go through. The less you sleep, the more you work making things work that brings about stress. Stress is something we get to a point that it starts making us do things that goes against our ethics. It makes us do things we wouldn't have done had we not been under those stress conditions. We work too hard and don't sleep enough and this is an indication that we are not in control of our day.

We control out day with our day and so we should be able to manage our days to accommodate our daily needs irrespective of how demanding our days are. You are what you eat, you are what you sleep. You can eat the wrong food and you will end up having the wrong body, you can also eat the wrong amount and you will end up having the wrong mindset. You can sleep the wrong amount and you will end up having the wrong mind, or even go for too long without sleeping and it will cause havoc in your system.

Everyone encounters stress and anxiety from time to time. But for an unfortunate but significant proportion of the population, stress and anxiety can be a daily reality that only gets worse over time. It can impact your ability to focus and concentrate, making everyday activities seem more difficult. It can also lead to more serious problems, such as depression and heart disease.

The more you sleep, the less stress you go through. The less you sleep, the more you work making things work that brings about stress. Everybody needs to rest, but not everyone gets to rest. And when it comes to stress, it is something that affects us all.

The sleep you get determines not just how well you feel the next day, but also your productivity on the job. It's been shown that sleeping too little or sleeping poorly can have a major impact on a person's health, ability to function and mood.

Why not make a habit of having a working timetable that starts with a good night's sleep? Sleep helps in making your work more efficient, creative and makes it easier for you to bounce back after being knocked down.

Sleep is one of the most important aspects of our lives and we all struggle with taking the recommended amount of sleep. We must also go to places that open early and close late, get up in the dark and get home in the dark, work long hard hours and long commute hours, stressing our body and mind.

The easier and more convenient it is to sleep, the better your life is going to be.

The only thing worse than not getting enough sleep is being stuck in traffic. So we built a feature into our green light that allows you to sleep while on the road.

Getting a good night's sleep just got a lot easier. Because now with enough rest, you can start each day refreshed and ready for anything.

Use a mattress that fully conforms to your body and sleep style, helping you get the best quality sleep possible. So whether you're a back sleeper, side sleeper, stomach sleeper or any other kind of sleeper, the layers in the mattress work to support you and your body. This can help improve your overall quality of life and make things much easier for you.

Because what's better than getting a good night's sleep? Getting to enjoy peace of mind. Stressful situations like anxiety and depression are some of the leading causes of sleeplessness. Sleep deprivation can greatly intensify these feelings and make it harder to deal with them. The more you sleep, the safer you feel knowing everything is going to be fine – that if something bad happens it won't be a big deal because you'll be able to handle it.
