I am going to be trying out this blogging platform again, and kind of discuss why it is I dropped it, to begin with. For now, all of my content is over on the Hive Blockchain, where I switched to writing on when Steem became a platform which censored and centralized. I came here to cash.blog when I was trying to find a place for my reviews.
To make sure I had all my articles in one place, I would begin re-uploading here. The big issue was everything would get flagged by a bot that searched found my articles over on hive, and as a result, my articles wouldn't show up on the front page and would get no traction at all. It turned out that there was no way around this, so with Hive starting to be successful for me, I decided to leave my work there instead.
I have a lot of old articles now that aren't present here on this site, and I do still want a lot of them up if I am to continue posting here (Specifically my Disney reviews, which I am doing in chronological order, and my One PIece Reviews, which I started doing this year as I just started the show. Both of them kind of assume you're keeping up with my previous reviews). So, here is my current plan. I will do daily uploads of my old content here, as well as prioritize my new articles (1-2 a week is my output). At the end of each of these new articles, I will link to uploads I made the days before it. I will rely on my new articles to get traction and hope people are inclined to check out my other articles (Which will likely not show up on the first page due to the bot flagging them). When all my articles are up here, it will be down to just my new articles (1-2 a week).
If I pick up steam here, I'll likely stick around. I do still like hive, but I also don't' want all my eggs in one basket and would like to expand my audience a bit. If you like what I post, hope to see you around.
