Reading the title already got you kinda wondering, how possible is this.

I will make this as simple as it can get I will not want to go deeper into the real mechanism behind this.

By staying in an environment where they possibly cook a lot, you could actually have what we refer to as food induced ulcer.

The stomach contains cells known as parietal cells that secrete an acid Known as hydrochloric acid (HCL).

This HCL aids or helps in the quick breakdown and digestion of food we eat.

As you continuously perceive the aroma of the food, your body system erroneously sees it as food being present in your stomach and what happens is that HCL secretion in response is increased.

Excessive secretion of HCL corrodes or reacts and eat up substantial area of the wall of the stomach thus leading to food induced ulcer.

Are you surprised, well it is what it is. So you can actually get ulcer through continual perceiving of food aroma without taking that food.

To prevent this ensure that after perceiving that aroma, you eat or have that food.

Don't just perceived the aroma but eat the food if you can...lol. just don't steal the food anyway, hehe.

Although this is not very common but still doesn't rule out the fact that it happens.

Lets talk about virginity...

This post basically aims to demystify and correct the wrong impression about virginity most especially with ladies.

It is generally believed that all ladies with intact hymen are true virgins. This is fallacious and wrong.

The hymen is a little patch of flesh that that's covers the entrance to the vagina. It makes the entrance to the vagina a little bit narrow thus making it difficult the penis to penetrate during first sexual intercourse.

When this flesh torn by the penis during penetration, it causes the lady feel a very serious pain. To some it may not be very painful because all hymens are not created equal.

This is one of the reason why first sexual intercourse for ladies is very painful although this doesn't happen to all ladies because some women are even born without hymens.

There are activities as a lady you can engage in and have a torn hymen without ever having sexual intercourse.

Activities like exercise, horseback riding, biking, gymnastics, using tampons, fingering, and masturbation etc. so if you're the type that is actively engaged in some of these activities you must have had a torn hymen and you won't know.

There's a possibility that on your first sexual intercourse, you might not bleed but this does not mean that you're not a virgin. As for how to know if your hymen is broken, it's near impossible to see it for yourself.

The word virginity has been misconstrued overtime and it does not necessarily mean you've not had sex, it all depends on your definition of it.

You mustn't necessarily be on top of a woman or a man before you say you have had sex.

The conclusion is that there is no way to accurately prove virginity. Hymen doesn't have a huge blood supply, so even if it is intact, you may not bleed much or at all.

So to the men, don't see bleeding as an evidence of virginity and to the ladies, whether you bleed or not on your first night, that should not worry you.

It is a matter of trust between you and your partner.

Let's get the fact right now...

Until I come your way again...
