Hello Goodevening Everybody 😊

How many sports should a teenager play?

Instead of ‘how many’ it should be ‘how much’ and the answer will be as much as they can(studying equally) Coming back to the question ,although there are various types of sports but generally sports can be classified into 2 broad categories :

Individual Sports like badminton ,swimming ,archery ,cycling ,gymnastics etc . These sports teaches a teenager :

  • how to handle pressure on their own be self

  • motivating to win

  • and achieve targets being self reliant on coming up with stratergies to win a game .

Team Sports like football ,hockey ,volleyball ,basketball ,cricket etc . These sports teach a teenager :

  • cooperating with fellow team mates to achieve a common goal every team has a leader ,thus teaching leadership skills improves his/her organisational skills

  • coming up with best possible way to overcome a hurdle

  • and win All in all ,learn as many sports as you can but master only one .

What sport can a teenager learn and become competitive in quickly?

Tennis. I am a sophomore in high school and play on the school team which won a state championship and came close to winning one again in consecutive years. When I first started playing tennis, I was not very good at all. I was probably around the 20th best on the team (top 6 are considered varsity). After a summer of playing tennis and learning a few things from my coach I am now the number 7 and trying to compete for a top 6 spot. If you are remotely athletic then you should do great and develop quickly. The rules are pretty easy to understand. It is a very fun sport that you will be able to play with friends and family.

What is the ideal number of sports that a teen should participate in?

It is better to ask"How much?"rather than"How many?" and the answer will be "As much as possible"

When it comes to sports, there are two broad categories:

  • competitive

  • non-competitive

Sports like badminton and swimming and archery and cycling and gymnastic are examples of individual sports. A teen can learn a lot from participating in these sports:what it takes to be self-motivated to win  and achieve  goals  by coming  up with game winning strategies  on their own. Football, hockey, volleyball,  basketball,  cricket, etc.  are examples  of team sports.

What these sports teach a teen is this:

●Collaborating with one's teammates in order to accomplish a shared objective
●Every team has a leader, teaching that person  how to be a leader will help him or her become more organized.
●Find the most effective strategy to overcome a challenge and win
●The bottom line is to pick one sport to excel at and learn it well.

You have a special talent: you can do anything you want,  from playing any  game  to taking up any sport to learning a new  skill. If you  ask me,  I'd recommend playing as many games as you can get your hands on. Having a large  group is always a good thing. Because once you  reach a certain point  in your life, when you have more responsibilities, and when you can no  longer keep yourself physically active, these  opportunities will become  a priceless  memory that you will wish to revisit at some point in the future.

Don't be a grownup if you don't want to play any games or do any sports.Please, my dearest child, do whatever you want. Because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

If you're even a little bit athletic, you will be able to progress  quickly and easily. The  rules are fairly simple to follow.  It's a great way  to spend  time with your friends and family.
