According to Department of Information and Communication Technology Secretary Gringo Honasan said that the country's internet speed is doing "well", contrary to everyone's claims.

They claimed that a 3-7 megabits per second (mbps) is doing well, which is clearly not.

Take a look at the internet speed of Taiwan and Singapore they are getting an Average of 213.18 megabit per second on browser and 56.43 megabits per second on mobile internet.
