Don't drink raw milk and cook your food to avoid food borne bacteria.
Avoid to pressure your doctor to prescribe you an antibiotics.
Never take antibiotics if not prescribe by your doctor.
Never take antibiotics prescribed by another person without a profession in medicine.
Only take antibiotics if prescribed by your doctor.
