Ticket: check! C-Test: check! Excitement: check! I am really a bit excited. In a few hours, the first cultural event I will attend since the beginning of the pandemic will start. A famous singer-songwriter will do the honours. So I won't be there for you today, but if it happens, I'll show you some photos of the concert tomorrow.

Despite the enormous heat, animals have brightened up my working day again today. The butterfly bush has its name rightly. There were at least 20 butterflies on the move. Funny to stand in the middle and have them all around you. Meanwhile, the spider is repairing its web after the wasp's raid yesterday. She seemed in a bad mood and threatened me. And of course many greetings from Fat Berta. Apparently it was too warm for her too.

Seriously? This wasp is stealing a spider's prey. It landed very carefully on the spider's web and started to cut the spider's already wrapped prey (fly?) out of the web to take it away. I'm really VERY old, but I've never experienced anything like that before.

Regarding my last post, it seems that Brave users in my region (and presumably many others) can now no longer transfer their earnings directly to Uphold. I think there remains the workaround of rewarding one's own content (with 5% fee), e.g. on twitter, and then withdrawing it via uphold. Back to the roots... Here is a list of all countries where a direct connection is still possible. Pretty disappointing in a free, open world.

Error: Region not supported Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards cannot be verified as your region is not currently supported for Brave Rewards verification. Ok, so Brave or Uphold or whatever no longer support my region. I'm glad I moved almost all my BAT earnings to safety as BCH a few days ago.

I would like to respond to some of your answers. But I would also like to give you something in return. Since there is nothing to give at the moment, the answers will also take some time. Now you could say: Just answer! But no, that's not my way of making noise. Communication and pocket money have always belonged together here. When one grows, the other grows too, and vice versa. I know there are other views on this, but this is mine and it will remain that way.

In October, @MarSou sent me chillies and I soaked them in oil. I sent her seeds in return, chilies and other plants. I hope they thrive, even though it's so dry. Why am I rehashing this old story? Because I just made myself scrambled eggs and seasoned them with said oil. Again, I tasted all the power of Portugal. My mouth is still burning. Because this exchange was an interaction that started here and still makes me smile and I will think about it often while eating. Because this is a successful combination of internet and real life. I just had a visit from a representative of Deutsche Telekom who offered me a better internet connection. When I told him that my current connection is more than twice as fast as the best his company has to offer for much more money, he left pretty quickly. I told you the other day about the cat that now always visits us at work. Now you have to know that I don't like cats, I'm more of a dog person. But this one really doesn't make it easy for me not to like her. As soon as I enter the yard, she comes running to greet me. Today she took a cushion, the stones were probably too hard for her. In the meantime, she also gets food and water with us and it's time to give her a name. I call her "Dicke Berta". She is not fat, but that will come in time.

I knew Orlando Castro's NFTs could be staked at Wombat Dungeon Master, but I didn't know there were any of his to be won. I just found out that a good friend of mine passed away a few days ago. My mood is accordingly. I think I'll take a break here today and let the news sink in. Since we are both atheists, we probably won't see each other again. Well then, goodbye my friend. It was an honour to have known you.

A moment of fire. Rare footage of a brewing kettle being moved. We took this kettle out of the brewery yesterday to move it to its new location. Unfortunately it was too big for all the doors or windows of the brewery and we had to cut off part of the stand. In the end, it landed well outside and can soon be moved to its new place.

I am always amazed by the richness of detail in the leek blossom and the bees seem to be too. They obviously get a slight buzz there and enjoy it. A friend just sent me this picture, his wife took it. Many thanks for that.
