We visited the steamship parade of the White Fleet, which took place again today after 2 years. All 7 paddle steamers were there and woke up the whole city with their steam whistles. The ships have been on the river for 185 years now and are an attraction for tourists and locals. A beautiful event with perfect weather, nice start in the weekend.

  Yes, Dresden, the capital of Saxony. But more color on the walls and less color in the river than in east german times.

I can imagine the sound of the whistles. Did you just focus on watching them or were you munching some chips while enjoying the parade?🤭
