My colleague brought a HUGE bucket of cherries to work today, his own harvest. And when I say huge, I mean it. At least 500 square ounces, if not more. That's about 10kg. Now the big question: What would you do with this amount of cherries before they spoil? Do you have any good, local ideas? Eating is one solution but we won't be able to do that.

It is limited in our place who see the cherry grapes is always to see in our place
You have reminded me of the Seamus Heaney poem 'Blackberry Picking': https://genius.com/Seamus-heaney-blackberry-picking-annotated I guess knowing what to do with so much soft fruit is an age-old human problem!
Looks like, that is a really sad poem. I think I will put them in a bottle of Rum. 2 Problems solved ^^
Make Cherry wine. It'll take a lot of cherries to make so you'll use 10kg easy and you'll have some plonk at the end of it. 🤣🤣🤣
Wine from cherries would be a good idea

I haven't try eating cherries but my mom loves that. It's better to be shared hihi
I'm eating cherries at the moment, but they're black like berries
Had a few myself today, but they were the sour ones. Not my thing at least we had strawberries too
