On September 17th, our SLP community has been strongly harmed by tweet on behalf of CCTip

I quote the following statement on behalf of CCTip:
"After a rigorous cryptocurrency review by CCTip, we have detected a number of cryptocurrencies with comprehensive low-quality, a variety of loopholes, and pose a serious threat to the security of users’ assets. CCTIP will severely crack down on behaviors that harm or potentially harm the benefit of users and will give corresponding decisions to ensure we continue to bring users to benefit in terms of authenticity, security, and industry value." Ok, that means basically that SLP tokens are called low quality cryptocurrencies from their point of view. They made it official and that's their stance.
Now it's also our turn to express our opinion what has CCTip meant for us.
From the beginning, CCTip meant an instant DEX for SLP tokens where SLP tokens could have been traded within a click; which has been different in comparison with other providers. Few weeks later after RFND initiated trading on CCTip, Bitcoin Cash has been introduced on CCTip.
We were grateful for that integration and it worked for some months but...
Now what has been our user experience like?
From the very beginning, our team has been receiving constantly complaints about CCTip service, such as:
Delayed withdrawals. We have received every month over and over complaints about delayed withdrawals of SLP tokens or BCH, which took not only hours but also days.
We have been reported at least 2 cases where users lost Bitcoin and Ethereum in their withdrawals.
CCTip Twitter's service has been discontinued in several ocassions and our users and even me, we weren't able to access our accounts on CCtip for many days and even weeks.
Famous Glitch in balances of tokens. They weren't able as a company to keep an accurate record of balances.
Our users have experienced problems in their customer service, and they weren't able to reach satisfactory solution of many of their problems in many occasions.
Exchange rates between BCH and ETH or BCH and BTC, etc. weren't corresponding to the reality of market.
High transaction fees; if you wanted to withdraw your ETH or ERC-20 token, you were subject to high transaction fees which were between 0.015 and 0.035 ETH.
Update of app. We were patient and our users have been waiting months to withdraw their SLP tokens from SLP but it was impossible under their inability to reach a secure transition to a new version of CCTip.
I must clarify that we cannot do anything about it because CCTip is an independent company and it's their decision the way they do their business.
If you are a CEO of CCTip, all of this implies a lot of problems. So I would really recommend them before they bash on SLP tokens, on our users, first they should really work on their service and procure customers' satisfaction, that they offer.
As you can realize, to deal with all these problems related to CCTip implied for Refundian team not only considerable hours of our effort but also considerable loss of resources which we wont ever get back.
What has been their last solution to all users who have their SLP tokens stuck?

If you want to explore it, go to their tweet and check it. This form reminds me forms made by communist party of my homeland; I really thought that noone else would be able to do them that way but I was mistaken until I saw this.
I don't know who invented such a nonsense and burocratic form. A lot of our community members have immediately protested against such a ridiculous handling of KYC.
If I have to dedicate myself to add them my records, where I wired my funds from; I would really loose a lot of time. For me, time is money. I really prefer to loose all of my tokens and money than to hand out my personal data to CCTip because I don't trust them anymore.
Now as RFND we offer the following solution to every of our user:

We would need the following:
a) Attach your screenshot of your balance of RFND and/or RDR on CCTip
b) Provide us your valid SLP address where we could deposit your RFND and/or RDR
c) We need up to 3 days for your deposit.
We want to do this solution for every of our users, it doesn't matter if you have there 500 RFND or 50 million RFND. We don't want that any of our users has to undergo such a stressful and unpleasant experience of recovery of their assets.
At this moment we count on 3 ways of valid exchange of RFND token:
a) 1BCH.com
2) memo.cash
3) Spicebot
We are also working on looking for new solutions of exchange of RFND token which shall be coming in following months:
