5 reasons you should eat more fruits and vegetables

  1. Feel better. By eating clean you will feel very different. You will find you have more energy, and your immune system will be stronger meaning you won't get sick as often

  2. You could lose that unwanted weight. Fruits and vegetables have a lot fewer calories than processed foods. They are also a lot more filling than eating things like chips. To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, so by eating more fruits and vegetables, it is very possible you will lose weight while staying full

  3. Relive constipation, fruits and vegetables are high in fiber so with the right amount of water and fruits and vegetables you can easily relieve constipation.

  4. Prevent cancer. By specifically eating more leafy green vegetables you can prevent cancer. This is because greens contain a lot of antioxidants

  5. Sleep better and recover better. By eating more fruits and vegetables, you are providing your body with the nutrients it needs. This results in you having a better sleep. You also recover better because recovery occurs during sleep so the better sleep you have, the better your recovery is.
