Today’s verse is one that can stop us and really make us think. But I guess that’s most of the Bible.
Others versions translate this, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Most of us get this verse backwards, or at least, we do or our planning first and then want the Lord to take care of the rest. But this Proverb tells us to commit what we have or what we are doing and let the Lord make the plan.
Let’s remember to get this right. Or at least do our best to give to the Lord what we have and go according to His plans.

Unfortunately, there are different denominations that teach hatred, spite, and malice to people who believe in Christ, but are different. For me this is like politics. Political parties will sacrifice the country to remain in power. In the same way, people who are willing to break down others due to a difference in which church they follow, regardless if they are followers of Jesus Christ.
For me, it doesn’t matter what church one goes to, I never pass up a chance to engage in dialogue about the greatness of the Lord and his amazing message.
Be constructive with each other. The body of Christ has many parts and they are all important. Praise together, praise loudly, and put petty differences dictated by men aside. Christ is Lord.

The Word is active and perfect. In the past, the Lord spoke through profits to make His point. But what happened to the profits? It would be nice if the Lord world speak to us as in the days of old, but would we really be ready to serve as the priority did? They usually suffered terribly and died for what they were divinely told to do.
Today, we have the Word through scripture. Even though it was written an ancient times, it is accurate and perfect for all of us.
Whenever I have a question about what I should do, I find an answer in scripture. Make a habit of reading the Word daily and forming your questions ahead of time.

As a teacher, I often run into questions about why bad things happen. It’s a difficult question to answer depending on the age of the inquirer.
Of course, once we have a few decades under our belts, we can see how the difficult things really shaped the person we have become. A lot of our characters also comes from the adversities.
On another level, some people go through things that most of us could never imagine. I have been through a lot, but there is still a lot that I haven’t and I’m grateful.

All too often, Christians are seen as weak in society because Jesus preached love and was the Prince of Peace.
While it is true that we try our best to follow His examples of love, peace, and helpfulness to others, being a follower of Christ is much more. It means that fear is replaced by the love of the Lord and the trust that we have a divine purpose.
Bring a follower of Christ is a simple decision, but it’s complicated and painful at times. We proudly take up our own cross and give up the pleasure of the world. We do what seems illogical to many and sometimes recover criticism about our.
Christ warned us, the world hated and persecuted Him, and so it would hate and persecute us. But we wear that like a badge of honor.

Today’s verse is extremely relevant in our modern life. Sometimes it’s surprising how connect and indifferent we are from the accident time if Solomon.
Fear of man can come in many forms. It can be fear of not being accepted, fear of others talking about us negatively behind our backs, fear of abuse (physical, mental, and verbal), fear of the demon of depression, fear of being laughed at, and fear of another fear or anxiety.
The good news is that the Lord’s love and forgiveness is greater than any outside force. There is no sin to great for His forgiveness. No fear above His understanding. No anxiety above His love.
When fear and anxiety are surrounding you and hunting you down, pray to the Lord for deliverance. Don’t be caught in this mortal snare. His loving arms are always around us, even if we don’t know it. He is above all and ready to hold you.

Many people don’t. They pray for something and when it happens, they are satisfied and forget that they ever prayed to the Lord. Ever have this happen?
I think this is a human flaw. We are conscious of problems when they cause pain-physical or emotional. When we feel fine, we forget the problem we had. We do this all the time with physical problems like headaches, sore body parts, and injuries. Only when someone asks about it, we realize that we are better.
Regardless, know that the Lord is on your side. If you have to wait, know that He is not refusing your prayer. He wants the best for you. The timing isn’t perfect yet. Be patient.
He will lift you out of the mud that you are stuck in and put you in a safe spot. Remember to give thanks.

We live in a very secular society. We are blessed daily with negative or self-loving media. It can be hard to take a stand. The ironic part is that we are all winners in the game of life, but the feeling can be difficult.
I especially dislike hate of others based on their denominations. Sometimes, I hear ridicule of other groups in my church, and other times I’m ridiculed. But we are one big family. That’s why it’s important to be there others.
If you are in a country that literary persecuted followers of Christ (it still happens), you are in my heart and prayers.
