This is a picture of tree overran by ivy. This is one of my favorite flowers because it’s a beautiful purple and it opens and closes with the sun. I took this picture share because one day this will be torn down for “progress” - which means more ugly buildings.

Im so sorry to hear that the tree will be cut down for “progress”. From the photo, it looks huge. It’s must be really old. It’s sad that all that history, and that life that’s survived all those years, will just be cut down. I hope they think twice when they’re about to do it! And those ivy flowers look adorable.
