Just finished tidying up after our guests left. This was the gnocchi dish that we made. It turned out nice, but a little too soft. There’s such a difficult balance between taste and texture. Too much flour and you have a nice chewy gnocchi, but the flavor is too much like flour. Too little flour and it will dissolve, but it has a nice potato flavor.
