Which choice is better- putting treasures in heaven or earth. Like building a house on a rock, it doesn’t take much thought to choose heaven. This verse reminds us that it life is but a blink of an eye in terms of our existence. It is a bite of chocolate cake or a kiss. Early treasures can make us happy, but they will all fade. Earthly treasures are subject to time, which is an unforgiving force. All worldly possessions bow before time and will disintegrate to dust. Only the treasures of heaven are eternal. No one will ever steal them and they will never be destroyed. The choice is clear. But the decision is difficult for some. What you choose for treasures also shows where your heart it. Today make choices that will be treasures in Heaven.
