“For godly sorrow worketh repentance unto salvation, a repentance which bringeth no regret: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.” 2 Corinthians 7:10 RV1895 https://bible.com/bible/1922/2co.7.10.RV1895 Today’s verse is a little difficult for me. The first part is ready. When we sin, we can always be forgiven. The price has been paid in full. But we need to confront the sin and feel sorry for it. We need to love the Lord and then desire to sin will be no more. Sorrow of the world is different. If you love the world, there is nothing. The world is full of temptations, idols, and godless desires. There is no salvation away from the Lord. This is my take. Do you have any other interpretations?
