The first thing I'll do is convert everything to stable coins. And I usually use all of your three strategies during a bear market as my normal practice..
As a matter of a fact, you could do a little bit of everything. Like for example, you are kinda DCAing when using noise.cash because you are getting some BCH with tips and rewards.
