How would they support it? I don't understand
we're able to connect our Twitter account to our cashrain profile. also, we are able to add links to our Twitter and other social media platforms to our cashrain community. they can include noise.app as one of the social media platforms one can add to their profile or community. but it seems API is required to verify that a cashrain community member has joined or followed the external social media account of the community (not sure tho).
I thought about it too, but then we would have to spread our noise invites widely. And that was probably not the point.
I'm not sure the point is to keep noise.app small forever either. so, though not getting tons of users may not be ideal in the first few days, we're months into this already and some advancements to accommodate more people must have been made.
I'm not thinking of the amount of people, more of the many bots that can then rush into the network. The invite link will certainly be distributed more carefully and not posted publicly. At least that's how it should be. Still, the idea is kind of appealing, both sides use BCH, so there should be a connection. But I can't think of a really sensible one at the moment.

I'm with @Cryptozeug here. I mean you either need to post publicly your invite link there or otherwise people won't be able to join. In the first case you will automatically subscribe to tons of bots, the second case is weird. You have a link, but people can't join. The idea isn't to keep Noise small. The idea is to keep it nice and sensible. Frankly, what I see on Cash rain is a bit opposite of that. All these "done" comments on Twitter bring back bad early noise.cash spammy flashbacks. Frankly, as a potential advertiser, I'm really confused by CashRain. I don't understand why would someone just send money to people wallets just because they clicked "Subscribe" on your "community" in CashRain - there's no use, people get small tips, but they don't even understand who sends this and why. Which community on CashRain? And paying people to RT your Tweet isn't really original, it has been around for as long as RTs exist and it's much cheaper without CashRain (and exactly as ineffective). I don't say it's bad, I say that I don't understand it.
Had the same thought at first. It's like paying for social media flowers through cashrain. At least, that's what it is right now. My suggestion was just a suggestion for consideration tho. I didn't bother to think about all the limitations and potential setbacks
I appreciate the suggestion, of course (Thank you!), that's why I asked back about what you had in mind. But it doesn't seem like there's a good sensible way to do something.
And yeah "the devs will figure it out" isn't as easy as it sounds. Twitter had 9000 employees and still was swamped with bots
