Cryptocurrency Exchange tokens that are only tradeable on the same exchange are a major risk factor. For example, KCS is only listed and tradeable on KuCoin. Even though the exchange is deemed to be healthy, the risk factor is still far above average. Investing in such tokens carries a higher risk that you should be aware of.

In regard to my last post, one major specific risk you face is that, if the exchange should halt operation for whatever reason, you'll not be able to sell and cut your losses quickly. This is because the token is not listed on any other trading platform with liquidity for you to cash out whatever is left.
