Preparation:

Ingredients:

● Green beans - 400 g

● Eggs - 4 pcs.

● Garlic - 1-2 cloves

● Sour cream - to taste

Preparation:

1. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cover with cold water.

2. Peel and chop the green beans. Boil water, salt to taste, add beans and boil until soft (5-10 minutes). Rinse the cooked beans in a colander under cold running water.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat, add green beans and sauté with butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
