Are you looking for something different in a cryptocurrency exchange?  If so, look no further than BitYard.  I am blown away by how simple the platform is and yet how unique many of their features are.  Let's review some of these features after first looking at some basic information on BitYard and then  cover what I think will happen with cryptos in 2022.  Hint, we could be in for a bumpy ride.

BitYard was founded in Singapore in 2019.  Their native token is BYD, offered on their daily mining page, and they have over 30 listed cryptos and over 80 trading pairs.  They support over 150 countries while their supported fiat currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, JPY, CHF and NZD.  There are no deposit fees while transaction fees run between 0.075% - 0.05% and their withdrawal fee is 2 USDT.  BitYard runs on both iOS and Android mobile platforms.  They have a number of customer support channels including live chat, email, social networks and help center support so you can always find the support you need.

Their platform supports deposits and withdrawals in the following cryptocurrencies; Bitcoin (BTC), EOS (EOS), Ethereum (ETH), Huobi (HT), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) and Tron (TRX).

It is a great platform for beginners as their brand statement announced, "BitYard = Simple".  All it takes is an email address or mobile phone number to get started and takes about as long as it takes to type out CRYPTOCURRENCY as it does to become a customer.  Once up and running you can "Grow your future in the yard" with a platform that is straight forward and with features which sets them well apart from other exchanges.

Copy Trade

Copy Trade is my favorite feature as it allows you to simply copy the moves of a whole list of traders.  You can pick the Trader you wish to emulate based on their win or profit rates while considering other factors such as how long they have been trading, the number of trades made and their number of followers.  All you have to do is hit the "Copy Trade" button and off you go.  I like to use the filter features to select the type of "style" I want to follow and then select from the traders who utilize that style of trading.  Try doing this on your current exchange...

Demo Account

BitYard offers a Demonstration Account for its users.  Traders can learn about the trading platform and its various features without risking real funds.  Where were you when I first got into crypto?  This feature is free and you can easily switch back and forth between your demo and live accounts.

Mystery Box

Who doesn't love a good mystery?  In BitYard you have access to a mystery box which contains free crypto for completing certain tasks.  Some of the task to earn mystery boxes include completing your KYC, deposit with Banxa, depositing TRANSAK or completing a trade spot.  Want even more free crypto, check out their mining feature.

Other features

BitYard offers users a wallet that handles all the cryptocurrencies on the platform.  Their affiliate program offers up to a 60% commission on trading fees generated by referrals.  BitYard's future trading is worthy of its own article so I won't even go there for now but it is well worth checking out.  They currently offer Lite Futures which settle in USDT and Inverse Perpetual settled in crypto with Perpetual Contracts settled in USDT coming soon.

Charity

BitYard is also giving back via donations through The Giving Block crypto donation ecosystem.  Through this article alone they will donate 50K in SHIB to a great cause - thank you BitYard!

My Crypto Outlook 2022 (#MyCryptoOutlook2022)

The calendar year 2022 has not got off to a good start for crypto enthusiast, unless you have been buying on the dip.  Each year brings challenges such as China's ban on crypto last year.  This year we are starting off with the Fed wanting to curtail rapid inflation by raising interest rates which always creates some chaos in investment markets and crypto prices have reacted strongly to their hawkish stance.

Bitcoin

A year ago today (1/27/2021) hovered around $33K which is not really too far from where it stands today.  By mid-April it would surpass $60K only to fall more than 50% by July from that peak.  On November 10th, Bitcoin reached its all time high of $69,045.  Who knew then that by this week in January 2022 we would once again be looking at a 50% fall from its ATH.  My simple prediction - volatility and lots of it.  I expect Bitcoin to test highs near $80K this year and lows below $30K.  That is a $50K swing throughout the year which is crazy when you think about it.

Many non-crypto folks, when asked, think Bitcoin is priced around $50K.  I see that figure as just the difference between the highs and lows in 2022!  With more innovation and mass adoption, I see a steady long-term rise in the price but with huge steep losses along the way.  Buckle up fellow crypto investors and hodl with me all the way to the top.

Ethereum

I expect Ethereum to move nearly in lockstep with Bitcoin in 2022.  I love the coins many uses and hate the high gas fees.  ETH 2.0 can't come quick enough for me but I'm not holding my breath for that to happen this year.  I don't see $10K like many others are predicting this year, but do hope to see the world's largest altcoin to surpass the $5K mark and settle in under $6K before the year comes to a close.  I see Ethereum struggling to hold onto its total crypto market capitalization percent as other decentralized platforms chip away at its market share.

There are many opportunities for Ethereum to outperform Bitcoin with Web 3.0 on the horizon and with its smart contracts being utilized in NFTs and Play2Earn games becoming the rage.  I'm just not convinced of it all coming together this year, however, I am very bullish long-term when it comes to ETH.

Other Altcoins and Beyond

This is where things get very interesting.  If you think price swings on BTC and ETH look like a roller coaster, well just wait to see what 2022 has in store for their lesser known crypto counterparts.  It is going to be a very mixed bag this year which means 2022 will not be all that different from prior years.  We will have the rise of new gaming tokens much like SAND in 2021 and metaverses will be a game changer.  The real question is can you pick the right coins and tokens while having enough fortitude to hang on until they reach the moon, or at least a very profitable selling point.

I believe new crypto associated with well known non-crypto brands will provide a lot of opportunity in the final 11 months of the year.  Because of that connection, they should be easier to spot than some random project you never heard off.  The key is to get in early, especially with presales, if you have a chance.

NFTs will continue to surge forward but I anticipate in unexpected ways.  While the focus on the art side of the technology will wane as the year progresses, NFTs will become more associated with other digital assets.  The ability to own something on a blockchain will push even further into gaming items, however I'm excited by the thought of video and audio files allowing creators to monetize their efforts in new ways.  Imagine owning the Odel Beckham Jr. one-handed TD catch or a hilarious new joke from Kevin Hart?  This is all possible now and we are just scratching the surface of digital ownership.

As the father of two teenage boys I'm also waiting for a P2E Battle Royale game taking over the industry and turning every gamer into a "pro".  My boys really have no interest in the current crop of P2E games and they are the ideal target market.  You add a P2E element into a game like Call of Duty and everything changes.  If you add P2E into a game like Rocket League's ecosystem, kids and their parents alike are now much more aware of crypto with mass adoption right around the corner.  The gaming industry, with its in-game currencies and potential use of NFT items in game, has the ability to add rocket fuel to everything blockchain related but we are still probably looking beyond 2022.  That said, we will hit the early stages of this in the second half of the year so keep an eye out for developments.

When this hits, those early adopters using tools and platforms like BitYard (#BitYard) are well positioned to ride the wave.  Forget the moon, we are talking the outer reaches of the solar system and beyond.

Thanks for sharing this piece with us, I wish the trading platform was decentralized like the wallet application of https://atomicwallet.io/, which is super non-custodial and also interesting features including the in-built exchange.
