今天Crptotab因為維修減少了 也沒有補償 然後我也莫名發燒了 最高燒到39度C 這個口溫計要等5分鐘超久 但是賣的人說量的比較準 我看又是銷售話數? 經自己當Google醫生後 判斷症狀為腸胃炎 吃了退燒藥後有降溫了 今天要早點休息了 我也需要維修 晚安

前天得了腸胃炎 懷疑是吃到台X便當的問題 搞得我發燒 腹瀉 tnnd 發燒靠退燒藥解決了 腹瀉就很麻煩 不能馬上吃止瀉藥 因為可能導致病毒無法排出反而留在腸胃裡培養 不能正常飲食 要吃清淡 又怕脫水 市售運動飲料又含糖會加劇腹瀉 只好DIY低碳運動飲料 材料有 :檸檬汁2匙 鹽1/20匙 水8盎司(約227ml) 調味劑:可用無糖糖漿 (我沒使用) 喝起來還不錯 也比較健康 以後要少吃外食 不然吃壞了都找不到人求償
