It wasn't her fault things turned out the way it does,she tried so hard but it was all in vain,so she thought it best to end it all.
Chinwe was a young girl of 17years when her parent decided to give her hand in marriage to a famous rich politician son just to win the year election from the end of the politician. Mr and Mrs Sanusi have been trying to win election into the post of a governor for two years to no avail until when some of their members advice they seek favour from the family of San. Tangolo who is a famous high rank person in the political arena, in return the Tangolo request the Sanusi to give their daughter's hand in marriage to their son. It was really a hard decision to make but out of desperation Mrs Sanusi convince her husband.
The wedding was the talk of the town as at that time,medias were making different articles on reasons for the two families to come together. The groom (Anene) was happy at the union but the bride ( Chinwe) wasn't happy about it. She was too young to understand what marriage entails,she doesn't even know how to cook neither take care of home. After the marriage ceremony, the couple lived with the groom's family,the mother-in-law ( Mrs Tangolo) was in control of her (Chinwe) life,she tells her what to do,how to do,when to do everything. Chinwe never got a chance to speak for herself. She lived like a dumb person for over a year until one day during lunch with her mother-in-law,Anene came in looking drunk and told chinwe he want a divorce because he is seeing someone else. Within her,she felt a lose in her head,it finally over.
During the divorce she was given an old hotel which had been abandoned for sometimes as alimony and also given 10 million. She was happy within her but she couldn't show it out because it as been long she smile nor laugh. After the divorce was over,she moved into the house her dad gave her. She live alone with no maids nor did she allow anyone to visit,she needed her privacy to plan her life back. She told her dad she need to travel all over the world to acquire knowledge on how to manage her hotel. She traveled for two years and work in 10 different well known hotels before deciding to start her own.
She went back home and make plans for her own hotel. When she renovated and named the hotel C.TAVERN, her ex in-laws were surprised at the transformation she gave to the hotel,it has the beat conduciveness,the rooms were highly classically arranged. It was the best and talk of the town and every media. She became a young CEO at 22years. Things were going perfectly well till she was 29 years and decided to have another branch at other state.
She travelled to kara where she decided to build her new hotel branch, the driver that came to pick her and her secretary was on call and wasn't concentrating and nearly hit a photographer who was passing by,her secretary came down of the car and went to talk to the photographer if he need them to fix his camera which the lens was damaged but he said it all good and the secretary gave him her complimentary card in case he later change his mind,he photographer didn't check the card before putting in his pocket.
After her meeting she went to her hotel room,used her sleeping pills and while waiting to sleep she was checking through the magazine when she saw an Image of a sunset so she called her secretary but she said she's out at a bar. Chinwe decided to take a taxi to the place in the magazine so she can also watch the sunset. When she got to the stop,she ask a passer by where she can watch the sunset and she was ask to climb. She was held way climbing when she got tired and decided to rest,she drop her bag and tried to stretch herself when some group of boys ran up to her and stole her bag,she was confused and couldn't even have the strength to run after them. She tried and reach the top and sat down to watch the sunset when she doze off.
