Happy beginning of the week, my niece's birthday is approaching and I find myself practicing different types of sweets but this time making Ritz-type salty cookies these cookies are extremely delicious
Felíz inicio de semana se aproxima el cumpleaños de mi sobrina y me encuentro practicando diferentes tipos de dulces pero en esta ocasión realice unas galletas saladas tipo Ritz estas galletas son sumamente deliciosas
For the elaboration of these salty cookies I used the following ingredients and materials.
✓130 gr of wheat flour.
✓42 gr of cold margarine.
✓1/2 teaspoon sugar.
✓1/2 teaspoon salt.
✓1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. ✓1 tablespoon of oil.
✓3 tablespoons of cold water.
Galletas saladas tipo Ritz - Ritz-type crackers. 🍪💛
Para la elaboración de estás galletas saladas hice uso de los siguientes ingredientes y materiales.
✓130 gr de harina de trigo.
✓42 gr de margarina fría.
✓1/2 cucharadita de azúcar.
✓1/2 cucharadita de sal.
✓1 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
✓1 cucharada de aceite.
✓3 cucharadas de agua fría.
- Ingredients.
In a bowl we start by joining the materials we add the flour together with the sugar, salt and baking powder then we add the margarine in small pieces.

En un bol comenzamos uniendo los materiales agregamos la harina junto con el azúcar, sal y polvo de hornear luego agregamos la margarina en pequeños trozos.
With our hands we proceed to unite the materials so that we have a sandy mass which is known as shortcrust, at the end we add the oil and cold water and finish mixing.
Con nuestras manos procedemos a unir los materiales de manera que nos quede una masa arenosa la cual es conocida como masa quebrada, al final agregamos el aceite y el agua fría y terminamos de mezclar.
Divine the dough in two and proceed to spread it with the help of a rolling pin.
Divida la masa en dos y procedemos a extenderla con ayuda de un rodillo.
With the help of a round cutter we proceed to shape our salty cookies, as shown in the following images:
Con ayuda de un cortador redondo procedemos a darle figura a nuestras galletas saladas, como se muestra en las siguientes imágenes:
We place the cookies on a previously floured tray and with the help of a fork we proceed to pierce them.
Colocamos las galletas en una bandeja previamente enharinada y con ayuda de un tenedor procedemos a pincharlas.
Finally, we cover our cookies with melted margarine and salt using a brush, once it is finished, put it in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Por último, cubrimos nuestras galletas con margarina derretida y sal utilizando una brocha finalizado eso llevar al horno por aproximadamente 15 minutos.

Quedando finalmente, unas galletas crocantes y muy deliciosas.
