The Mysterious House
Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Max. He and his family lived in a house in the woods. The house color was blue and yellow clay with brown straw on top and some windows. One day his father asked him to go get some berries from the woods. Max then went into the woods with a basket. After a while he had spotted a house not that far from his family's house.
When Max looked inside the door, he saw nobody inside. He then creeped closer to the house cautiously. But came to a stop mid-way when he heard a voice talking quietly and coarsely saying “What are you doing here young man?” When the boy heard that, his body shook with fear. Then he said “I’m picking berries for my father; we live not that far from your house if you want to visit”’
After a while, the old women yelped in pain. Max gasped and immediately ran inside to help the old women. She was trying to clean up her house. Max helped the old women put stuff in her closet, he then asked “Is there anything else I could do” the old women then said “sure, could you put that basket up in my room on the second floor” Max the responded with a nod. The old women waited until the boy was gone, she then locked the door and made a mischievous look.
When Max came back, the old women ask if he could help her cook some food. She then realized that she was out of berries and some other ingredients. Max had already gotten some of the ingredients. The last few the old women had for backup. With the ingredients, she made some soup. She treated Max to some soup, on Max’s soup she put fresh herbs.
When Max ate the soup, he felt really tired. When he was fully asleep, his memory of the old women was gone. The old women was a witch named Hagitha. Hagitha then took him back to his house when he was asleep. She gave him an extra basket full of berries. She double checked to make sure they weren’t poisonous. Max then woke up with no memory of Hagitha and gave the berries to his father.
