I hope you guys are doing well and enjoying your working towards your April Goals. Actually, due to fasting and busyness at home to meet the goal of write per article a day is becoming challenging for me. I have to spend time in performing household chores more than before. Yet I am hopeful and determine to make this month more productive.
Let's come to the today's blog. I am sharing with you the recipe of Morracon Harira. Harira is the most popular soup in the Middle East. It contains on vegetables, meet and lentils. This soup is like by the people worldwide because of its delicious taste and healthy ingredients.
Ingredients :
Diced beef , meet. 1 cup
BCapsicum. 1/2 Cup
Green Peas. 1/ 2 Cup
Chopped Carrots. 3 table spoon
Chopped Onion. 2 table spoon
Minced Parsley leaves. 2 table spoon
Minced Coriander. 1 table spoon
Black Pepper. 1 table spoon
Salt. as per taste
Ginger Paste. 1 table spoon
Garlic Paste. 1 table spoon
Butter. 1 table spoon
Tomato Paste 1 table spoon
Lentils. 1 Cup ( soak over night in the water bowl)
Procedure :
Put a pan on the low flame, add butter in the pan.
Add diced meet into the pan and let it fry untill it turn brown.
Add green peas, capsicum, chopped carrots and onion in the pan.
Sprink some water over the vegetables and meet in the pan.
Now it's time to add minced parsley leaves, black Pepper powder, coriander in the pan.
Add ginger and garlic paste in the pan and mix it well with the spoon.
Now add lentils in the pain with tomato paste.
Add salt as per your taste and mix well.
Add 4-5 glass of water in the pan and let it boil for 25 to 30 mins.
When the all all vegetables are baked and lentils are also done, it's ready to serve
