Ammortimento

The image I made inside my head
A visage so blurry instead
No linity indeed
Melancholy that I embed

The smirk, the fleer
Bestrewed across my ear
No words could definitely tell
How balmy it is in hell

Empyrean blue across the horizon
Sights of hatred resonate sempiternally
The mephitic smell of blood
From defunct souls sprouting in the mud

The wicked laugh echoing
The hellish grin so blistering
The balls of fire that coruscate
Through the wide demons gate

This has been a sad adieu
A farewell I never wanted to do
But still somehow it has too
This was never meant for me and you.
