Julie: For now, we can't tell. 😁 But we have a lot of pending Collab's which will be released soon.

Julie: Thank you so much! It's really very challenging to incorporate some artworks from other artists, but we're glad we have had an amazing outcome so far with our Collab's.
That's always good when you can incorporate other peoples work that would be total different but still looks like it belongs together
Julie: That's true, and it's fun to create and think of new ideas and just play around with it.
Tell us how did this all come about crypto galaxy came about ?
Julie: Marco and I had a small conversation one day. I've mentioned to him that I wanted to create my own digital collection and shared some info about NFTs. From there, we decided to become partners and we conceptualized a lot of ideas until we decided to make trading cards. We just thought it would be fun to create alien characters.
Your a team how long ago did you start working on this project ?
Julie: We have officially launched Krypto Galaxy just two months ago , April 10. It's also our 1st month today since launch and we're very glad to have a lot of followers on Twitter already.
You kind of entered with a bang and hit the ground running as your whitelisted and already on tokenheadz you's must be so pleased with the progress
Julie: Yes, that's so true and it's such an honor to be listed on TokenHead alongside great artists. We're also really amazed on the support we get each time we release our artworks.
That's the great thing about the wax community everyone looks out for each other and you can see it with so many artists working together
Julie: I know, and we're really glad to have known talented artists that are very friendly and approachable.
Is there an artist out there that you call your dream Collab ?
Julie: Yes, we really wanted to have a Collab with Kenneth Bosak one day. 🙏
Wow that is great goal to have so have you dropped many NFT's ?
Julie: Yes, we just released our Card 5 which is a Collab with M.O.R.B.S. last Friday and a new Collab will also be released today.
Wow M.O.R.B.S is a brilliant artist and his project really interests me . Where did original design come for crypto galaxy ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Hello. Yeah, M.O.R.B.S. is really amazing.
For the design, we wanted to have something that is easy to create different concepts. we decided to do Aliens because we can portray humans with them, we can have aliens watching TV, aliens swimming, etc.

Hi Mako welcome to that chat lol . How did you's meet ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: We met in college. I am a mechanical engineering student and she's an environmental engineering student back 2015, we were classmates on our minor subjects. She just approached me once in the library to have a copy of our homework and since then we become best friends.
What do each of you bring to the team ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I am the artist, i do the artworks and Julie helps me to conceptualize ideas. She also manage the drops and our twitter pages.
How long does it take from to creation of each NFT ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: First I will do a quick sketch on paper, then trace it digitally, then coloring usually takes 3 hours of work, depending on how complicated the design is.
This M.O.R.B.S. Collab artwork took 5 hours of coloring.
What programs do you use for creating your NFTs ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I'm only using my phone and free downloadable applications like Adobe Draw and MediBang paint.
That's some finish for a phone so have you always been artistic ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I love doing arts since I was a kid, I always joining art competitions in schools, I usually do traditional arts with color pencils and watercolors but its just recently when I become more interested into digital artworks.
And what do you's do for full time work?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I'm a graduate of Mechanical Engineering but during this pandemic I switched to a work from home set up. I am now an Interviewing Specialist for a company in WI.
Julie's still a student and shifts from Environmental Engineering to Nursing.
Oh wow so you have busy lives so how come you choose wax blockchain for your cards ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Time management is the key.
We usually release cards once a week, which will give us enough time to conceptualize and finish an artwork. I also try to finish pending Collaboration works during weekends.
Everything about the Krypto Galaxy is just a product of quick decisions. Then wax blockchain it is.
Do you collect NFT's or are you just an artist ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Julie's a collector, I am just an artist. 😄
Oh right so would you have a favourite artist even do you don't collect them ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I actually have lots of favorite artists. NiftyBC and Senor Lupe are some on the list.
Niftybc has a great project and your Collab looks great and senor lupe has some great NFT's love his beavis and butthead looking NFT
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Yeah. Looking forward to have a Collab with senor lupe.

Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Yes. Senor Lupe Collaboration is in the process.
Do you hold any crypto ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: None, I don't have any crypto currency. I am actually new to this environment and still exploring.
Oh wow cool it must feel good getting so many Collab's done is it slowing down your project do ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: Everything is sorted, I have a calendar which I put every tasks for the day and I make sure that I follow the deadlines, so will not make any changes in the last minute.
Oh brilliant so do you have many NFT's planned ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: We release our trading cards every week, so our 6th card will be released this Friday, and our Collab NFTs every Monday.
For our second collection @makosgallery we do the drop every 2weeks.
We are pretty covered till next month actually. Hahaha

Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I love both collection, but if I were to choose only one, I would pick Krypto Galaxy.
Vector illustration (makosgallery) is my comfort zone, KG brings me more excitement

Julie: For me - I'm still a college student and I try my best to balance my time in managing our collections and studying as well. :)

What you guys do for fun when your studying or working or making NFT what you do ?
Mako | Krypto Galaxy: I play with my dog, and I invite friends to my house and play some games

We're creating a mini game called Krypto Galaxy Adventures - and planning to launch it June.
Oh really you should of said you were bringing out a game do you much details you tell us at the moment ?
Julie: We are still in the process of finalizing our game mechanics, so we can't tell that much right now as plans/mechanics could change. But what's for sure is that participants would be able to collect unique/exclusive NFTs if they join.
There will be new characters in the game, and I think that makes it more interesting.
Will there be different weapons and clothing ?
Julie: Probably, there will also be different locations to be unlocked as you move forward in the game. 😁
A lot of thought is going into this ?
Julie: Yes, absolutely 😊

Julie: Yes. :)
Oh wow will that put pressure on you's ?
Julie: It's a bit overwhelming since we don't wanna mess it up and it needs a lot of details and new designs. But we're doing our best to make it fun and interesting. Looking forward to its success 😊 Hoping a lot would enjoy this mini game!
So will it be app based or website ?
Julie: It's through Atomic Hub as well. So it will be like a blending game - they would need items to blend for them to acquire a card. That's all I can give out for now. 😁
