Today giving you continuity on the subject of feelings, I am going to talk about rage, a very ugly feeling but that we all feel at some point.
Sometimes we get angry and feel angry. It is normal to feel this way sometime, but we must control those feelings and not exaggerate them. If something makes you angry, talk about it with family, your friends, but don't get tantrums, because that way you won't get anything. You get so annoyed that you don't think what you do with annoy you.

Children are wonderful because they are so natural. They do not hide their emotions and are very direct. Small children are usually honest and don't lie because they haven't learned it yet. I love children.
