During both my organizations I took a lot of pictures. Among Iraq and Afghanistan, I think I took around 9,000 pictures. A large portion of what I took were pictures to raise confidence. I would post them on Facebook for every one of our families to see that notwithstanding being at war, we could at present deal with a grin or have a good time when allowed. I think most about the individuals I sent with can validate the way that I generally made the best of any circumstance and attempted to help other people feel calm or fill their heart with joy better. One way I could do that was to share 'cheerful' pictures. It was useful for the soldiers and useful for the families back home.
Some of the time during my time in Afghanistan, despite the fact that we had occupations to do and missions to deal with, I felt like a traveler. I was lucky to get the opportunity to travel broadly all through the war torn nation. I met powers from at any rate twelve nations and saw many astounding things, including a few leftovers from when Russia attacked Afghanistan. I ate at the United States Embassy. I flew on a British C-130, that was a stunning ride. I strolled in the roads of Kabul from my base to ISAF (International Security Assistance Forces). At one base, my sidekick and I discovered our way to the outrageous border where the pinnacles were. We spent time with the South Korean soldiers performing tower responsibility. Despite the fact that there was a lot of peril when we voyaged, I thought that it was energizing. I miss that energy. I miss the experience.
Incidentally, the photos were for my kindred Soldiers and families, however they are helping me with my memory. At the point when I glance through my photos I can recollect a story or mission, or even how often we got bombarded at a specific base while visiting it. I can see a few pictures and recall subtleties that can't be found in the photos. I can recall individuals I met. Now and again I can recollect what I had for lunch that day, just by taking a gander at an image. The memory is an interesting thing at times.
Here's a couple of pics from Afghanistan and a little inscription to go with each.
Being in the mountains, we got a lot of day off. We got together during our mid-day break one day, made snowmen, slid down a slope utilizing cardboard boxes as sleds, and got done with a snowball battle. It was an hour of overlooking where we were and having some good times.
On the western finish of Afghanistan are remainders of a past war.
My flat mate getting a much merited advancement.

Running banners up the shaft after the obligation day to send home to our families.
On the left, we visited the South Koreans in a gatekeeper tower. On the right, consistently incredible to run into old buddies while I went around Afghanistan.
These photos are a little example of the individuals I presented with and places I visited on missions all over Afghanistan. These photos are useful for helping me recall things from organization. All the more explicitly, it encourages me recall the better things from organization. I have enough things I recollect that weren't so good.
