Tips for the Most Thirst-Quenching Dalgona Coffee

  1. Don’t be afraid to whip the mixture a little longer: one of the reasons why some individuals can’t nail those perfect frothy brown and white layers is because they don’t blend the mixtures enough. Use an elect egg ppric mixture to speed up the process

  2. Use artificial sweeteners: if you are trying to cut down on your sugar intake, you could use alternative sweeteners like Stevia or honey

  3. Mix the instant coffee with a little cold water before adding hot water: this helps to reduce the acidity and bitterness

Instructions

  1. Spiced Dalgona Coffee

    • In a heatproof bowl, whip the instant coffee, sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and water together with an electric hand mixer or a whisk until fluffy.

    • Pour milk into a glass and top with foam.

  1. Yuanyang Brown Sugar Milk Tea Dalgona Coffee

    • In a heatproof mug or jug, pour the 100ml boiling water over the teabags. Stir and leave to brew until cool. 

    • Strain the teabags out. Whip the instant coffee, brown sugar and hot water together using an electric mixer or whisk until fluffy.

    • In a glass, mix the tea concentrate and milk together.


  1. Milo Mocha Dalgona Coffee

    • Whip the instant coffee, 2 teaspoons Milo powder, sugar and hot water together with an electric mixer or whisk until fluffy. This won’t get as fluffy as the original Dalgona coffee foam.

    • 2.In a glass, stir 2 teaspoons Milo powder with 2 teaspoons hot water to dissolve. Add milk and stir. Top with the Mocha Dalgona coffee foam.


Arrange and Serve
