Yesterday I made an article that step on a limit, I made a mistake and I felt sorry for that, maybe I was influenced by movies and supernatural thats why I made that such opinion. Sorry again. So for this evening, my friend asked for help for her modules. She knew that I can easily answered because I'm good at writing. I hope our subjects is also more on writing so that I will no longer suffer in numbers and formulas HAHA, but unfortunately there are math, equations and principles I need to study. Sometimes I asked for my classmates answers then copy it, I have no choice because of lack of time. I'm good at writing and explaining through writing, I'm more basing on my own opinion and what I've experience. This night they asked me to help them and because I'm a good person.

Ang pelikulang pilipino bilang libangan sa panahon ng Pandemya
Tunay ngang nakakamangha ang mga pelikulang pilipino, ito ang naging libangan ng mga nakakatanda sa atin noong kapanahunan nila. Mayroong aksiyon, drama, pagpapatawa at iba pa. Ito ang naging isa sa mga tulay upang mapagsama sama ang pamilya sa iisang bubong upang manood ng mga pelikula. Mayroong mga sikat na mga tao sa larangan ng industriya na hanggang ngayon ay tanyag padin at hindi nawawala sa puso ng Pilipino. Nariyan si FPJ na hari ng aksiyon, siya ang naging simbolo ng kalakasan ng Pilipino sa pagharap sa hamon ng buhay, ipinapakita sa kanyang mga pelikula at kanyang tapang upang ilaban ang tama at hindi nagpapatinag kahit na gaano man kalaki ang kalaban. Naging isa rin ako sa mga nanonood ng pelikulang Pilipino lalo na ngayong panahon ng pandemya na kung saan ang mga tao ay nanatili lamang sa kanilang mga tahanan. Naging libangan na ng mga tao na manood ng mga pelikulang pilipino sapagkat ito ay nagbibigay ng saya sa mukha ng bawat isa at aral para sa mga manonood. Ang mga pelikulang pilipino ay nagtataglay din ng nakakatawang mga palabas, isa ito sa mga paboritong panoorin ng mga Pilipino lalo na dahil nakakalimutan ng panandalian ang mga problema. Isa lamang ito sa mga patunay na kahit gaano man tayo hamunin ng problema tulad ng pandemyang ito, hindi nito mawawala ang kagustuhan nating maging masaya, ang pandemyang ito ang naging tulay upang mas lalong mapalapit ang bawat miyembro ng pamilya at sama samang nanonood ng mga pelikulang Pilipino.

These roles indicates the vital signs of a single person, this are measured to know if the person had illness or having malfunction in the body. Vital signs are depends on age, weight, height, etc of the person. For an instance, if we saw that the person is sweating, it means that he/she have problems in body, we need to act immediately in order to know the illness. If we feel fever another way to measure it is through temperature, in which we are using a device called thermometer to measure the heat inside our body, if the temperature exceeds to 37.5, it means that we have a fever and we need to have a check up or take medicine.

These indicators provides a data for you on how to plan your fitness. These are vital signs that tells you the limit that you will set in your exercise routine. For an instance, you have slow heart rate or hard breathing but you need to engage in certain exercises, the best way to know what should you chose in your fitness program is through vital signs. Fitness exercises may help you to improve your vital signs. These exercises may help you to become healthier and have a good life.
Setting of goals in doing exercises is good to our health, it can prevent us from getting serious illness. Unlike, sitting on the bench all day watching television, having exercises may help us to become healthy. In order to achieve good health and body, we need to set plan first. For an instance, we need to plan what will be our exercise in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. As a beginner, its better to search for certain exercises suit for you, do not try to engage in vigorous exercises because there's a big chance that your body can't stand the heaviness of exercises. The best way to plan exercises is doing some research, exercises like push ups, cruel ups, sit ups, stretching is better for beginners. Doing exercises for days doesn't mean that you achieve already your dream body and good health condition, in fact it takes months or even years before achieve a full healthy body. If you want to achieve that goal, you need 2 D, which are Discipline and Determination. Discipline to avoid your self from eating foods that is not healthy. Discipline to wake up every morning to do your exercise routine and discipline do all the exercises you set even though it's tiring. Also, you need to have a determination, it is the thing you must possess in order to achieve healthy body. Even though the exercises are repeatedly and you feel pain everytime you do it, you must have determination to continue because all the pain and sacrifice will become worth it once you saw the result.
