How to target Right Quality People? Are you still following this outdated advice? Here are the reasons why you’re struggling online. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Because of these crazy and uncertain times, entrepreneurs are forced to bring their businesses online. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ However, the problem is most entrepreneurs are doing it the wrong way. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ They are still stuck on the offline or traditional methods and are forcing and trying those strategies online. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Online strategies are a totally different game. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ And today, I’m going to share with you the right way of growing your business online. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Here’s what most people do and are struggling with when it comes to marketing and selling online: ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ "Nakakalungkot lang kung sino pa mga friends mo even the closest ones, sila pa yung pinakarejection ko. Kaya i stopped sending them message, nagtry din ako ngayon sa mga strangers at puro rejections at seenzoned lang nakukuha ko." ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ “Yung kausap mong ok na, paasa na mabebentahan mo na. Pero biglang dina mgparamdam. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Na-chahallenge ako sa mga partners. Ang bilis nila makakuha ng customers online. Ako halos lahat ng free time ibinigay na sa part time ko para sa extra income, matumal pa.” ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ “I'm having a hard time entertaining inquiries and I've lost potential sales because of late replies. Replying to them 1-by-1 is consuming a lot of my time.” ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ The reason why most entrepreneurs and sales professionals are experiencing these challenges is because they’ve been given the traditional advice of: ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ - Everybody is a prospect (message your friends, families and strangers) - You need to eat rejection breakfast, lunch and dinner - Work hard, hustle, it’s a numbers game. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ While these advice may have worked offline, there are more effective online strategies now that don't require you to talk to everybody, get rejected or to work that hard. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ And these are what I call the “Marketing Triad.” ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ - You need to have an irresistible offer - You need to have an online automated sales process - And you need to have quality prospects ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Once you have an irresistible offer, your prospects will be crazy enough to refuse your offer. It’s an offer so good, that your prospects can not say “NO.” ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ With this "wala ng paasa na mga prospects". ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Next, while I do believe in working hard, it’s important to also work smart. We are now in the information and digital age and you need to leverage the technology that is available now. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Forget about “manu-manong” follow-up and answering inquiries, instead automate! ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Create an online automated sales process that will do the selling for you. The great thing about this is that you don’t have to physically present your offer, you don’t have to personally talk to your prospects, and you can make sales even when you are at home. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ And lastly, target ONLY prospects that are willing and able to buy your products. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ You don’t need to force your family and friends just to make a sale. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ You don’t have to ruin your friendship because you’re going to recruit them again into another opportunity. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Keep your friends as friends but be able to attract your dream customers and make sales for your business by being able to target high-quality prospects. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ So do you have an irresistible offer? ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Do you have an online automated sales process? ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Are you targeting ONLY high-quality prospects? ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Once you have all of these, I promise you, you’ll have NOT just a business that generates crazy sales for you but also a business you can be proud of. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ However, not all strategies are created equal. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Out of these marketing triad, one of them actually is the most important one. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Can you guess which one? ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ I'll share more in our next post.

One of my favorite reminders in life: You never look good trying to make someone else look bad. Why bring people down when you can bring them up with you? Show people the way and what goes around comes around. Successful happy people always help the people around them.

Beyond Money Why Does Your Business Exist? Talking about purpose can be a lengthy discussion that I may not be able to fit in this caption, but to make matters very simple... ⁣ ⁣ it is that people support beliefs that meet their own.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The reason why brands like Apple or Nike are successful in a very competitive market is that—they have a purpose beyond money... they've tapped into the beliefs of their customers⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There is a Tedtalk by Simon Sinek where he explains his concept of The Golden Circle. ⁣ ⁣ That most people tend to think from outside the circle:⁣⁣⁣ What – the products or services you offer to your customers⁣⁣ How – the things that differentiate you from the competition⁣⁣ Why – the reason you are passionate and why you exist⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Wherein most Leaders think from the inside-out: WHY, HOW, and WHAT because:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The goal is not to do business with everybody that needs what you have.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The goal is to do business with people who believe what you believe.”⁣⁣ ⁣-Simon Sinek⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Share with us in the comments your biggest ‘WHY’.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Or like Nescafe, Para kanino ka bumabangon?⁣⁣

The More You Achieve Success, The More Criticism You'll Receive Criticism helps you stay grounded.⁣ ⁣ Have you ever been in that situation where:⁣ "Sa 9/10 na ginawa kong tama, bakit yung iisang bagay na ginawa kong mali ang napapansin?"" ⁣ And napapansin mo na palagi nalang ganon, and I understand.⁣ ⁣ It hurts being criticized all the time, especially if you've worked so hard on something.⁣ ⁣ But rather than complaining, what we need is a little bit of shift in our mindset.⁣ ⁣ You see, if things can be made perfect then there is no room to grow.⁣ ⁣ How will you improve yourself if you're already "perfect"?⁣ ⁣ It's actually good that someone was able to give you feedback on that one thing you can improve on⁣ ⁣ Because that is your room for growth that you were not able to see for yourself.⁣ ⁣ If you want to truly become successful, take criticism into consideration. Evaluate which ones will help you grow and work on them. ⁣ ⁣ And also thank the people who gave you feedback. ⁣ They are there to help you become a better version of yourself.⁣ ⁣ What is ONE criticism you always receive that you will improve on today?⁣ Let's share thoughts in the comments! :)
