Incase nobody told you today, you are good enough. You are special. You are amazing. You can be anything you want in this world.

Guess What? Some career, financial and relationship advice is okay to ignore!

We all have different experiences at work, in our relationships, family life, business or finance even if they tend to follow similar overall patterns. It is okay to learn and reflect on things but at the same time you should acknowledge what doesn't apply to your own reality. Ultimately, you'll be the one accountable for what you do in your life, your relationship, with your finance, or at work. Filter the information you expose yourself to (selective ignorance).

Information overload is what social media will always expose your mind and body to. Do your best with the situation that is in front of you, and remember that some advice, opportunities or resources can sometimes be irrelevant to your personal journey. (Self-introspection)

It’s normal to feel good when we are “correct”. But being “correct” just for the sake of a point, especially disregarding all possible information, might be a deeper issue with not being correct.

Hard work and persistence are necessary in achieving any goal, but there’s always much more to crossing the finish line. When delegating, working with or for people, be kind. Stay humble, driven, and open minded. Urge yourself to give more credit than you take. Never lose who you are.

Dear students, no standardized test score will ever be a true judge of your intelligence and character. Just do your best.

You need people in your life that are further along than you, people that have a bigger vision, people that are more experienced, people that are out of your league. You need to be exposed to new levels so that you can go to new levels!

Dont waste time criticizing the choices of others, instead learn from their choices and apply that knowledge to your journey. Listen to anything your child wants to tell you. If you don't listen to the small stuff now, they won't tell you the big stuff later. Too often as parents, we tell the young people what to think, say and feel.

Are you in yesterday, upset over the disappointment, bitter over who hurt you, thinking about what they said? You’re missing the beauty of this moment. Once we live this day, we can’t get it back. Don’t take for granted all the good things in your life right now.

Stop letting other people tell you who you are. They never walked in your shoes or experienced what you’ve been through. Giving all of your power to their perceptions and living your life through the eyes of everyone around you is one of the worst things you can do.

Compliment people wherever you go. Be a ray of sunshine to everyone you meet, and make their day better for having seen you.

It’s natural to see the world through our own eyes and base our choices off of what our best interests are. Don’t shy away from understanding how those choices affect others and if they are painful for others. Be accountable for each choice and its consequences.

You have something to offer that no one else can give. Someone needs your encouragement. Someone needs to know that you believe in them and you believe that they can succeed. We should always take the time to make someone else’s life better.
