Starting my Crypto Journey

Like many others for years I have stood on the sidelines watching cryptocurrencies rise and fall in awe. I never seemed to think of it as much more that a risky gamble but current times now seemingly make everything seem that way. I beg to ask if this is now a good a time as ever to start looking into cryptos. I’m excited for the prospect of building this portfolio and am more excited to share the progression!

I see the opportunity for three reasons. First the volitilty and volume of crypto trading is seemingly like never before. Second, with the waves of Coronavirus coming and going, it’s seeming like centralized fiat currency has dangers of inflation. Lastly, the opportunity is tremendous!

I’m still a student in all of this now but I hope to learn more and grow to share my experiences as a novice crypto enthusiast! I hope to hear from everyone soon and I’ll start sharing my initial thoughts of a small portfolio in the next post! See you there :)

Even crypto has dangers of inflation though. It fluctuates quite often between it's maxima nad minima but it's still a great thing to invest in

That’s a great consideration considering what it’s been doing these last couple of months!

Yeah ;-; specially when quarantine periods came. The usage wasn't that adapted so the demand for it really dropped, that's why the value also dropped so much

That makes sense. Long term I’m hoping to learn which crypto currency tech will be used to meet the demand for everyday use. Thank for you your insight!

Diversification is definitely important. I’ll have to find a resource on the key differences on each one of the major currencies and study up on them soon

At first now I have gotten an initial interest in BTC, LTC, and ETH as they seemingly are some of the bigger players. I’ll look more into BCH though

I think it depends per country but yeah, the stakes are high enough for them now. If it's btc, there's really a lot of articles here about that Including this https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/explanation-of-bitcoin-cash-for-normal-people-0e84fa10
