Health is More Important than wealth
Health is more important in our life than wealth, and if we have a good and healthy life, we will enjoy our money or income way better than being sick in the bed. Having money without a healthy life wont make us any happier.
Staying healthy as much as possible
So living a good life and especially a healthy one requires us to take into consideration some factors to follow and other regulations and rulings, from how to eat and what to eat, along with exercising and other methods possible. Advising good & nutritive food that makes us feel better in all the conditions, which some of them include the following:
Milk is a super drink and is definitely great for our general health and bones. Drinking milk on a daily basis provides us with calcium and better teeth along with protein which is derived as well from milk. This white liquid comes from cows and can be bought in supermarkets as a power solution, which is also full of vitamins and is amazing for children as well as adults who prefer drinking powder milk. We can use milk by drinking smoothies or milkshakes such as a banana mixed drink or a strawberry mixed delicious drink. Nutritive and tastes good.
Nuts which are also super food and should be consumed on a daily basis. Nuts such as almonds provide us with "healthy fat" along with other benefits and so on, while cashews and hazelnuts do make GREAT nuts as well. Any type of nut should be added into your daily diet for staying healthier and happier. There is a type of milk which is derived from almonds and is called Almond milk, this is also a great drink to have and an alternative to cow milk if you somehow dislike it.
Fruits are amazingly beneficent to our life and make stunning treats while providing us with plenty of vitamins and of course, a great taste. Eating more fruits and vegetables in general is considered a good practice and is definitely going to make your health better, assuming your daily fruits and veggies intake is low. Fruits such as pomegranates and oranges are absolutely crucial for our health and should be consumed in our daily diet. Vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and dandelion leaves are also called super food and are totally going to make you a better and healthier human being. Dandelion leaves are actually way better than spinach, which Popeye used to eat to get strong, well I wish he knew the benefits of dandelion leaves so he would have gotten even stronger, but oh well, it's now our time to eat those sweet greens.
Omega 3 oils are also very recommended and crucial for our health. They make us healthier and provides our body with plenty of necessary nutritive values. Omega 3 plays a big part in our life and is responsible for working in the blood vessels and heart, along with your lungs and many more. It is definitely something to consider and to start having. You can find very small capsules of omega 3 that will hopefully help you get healthier and better drastically, but do make sure that it is small in size so you can swallow it with ease along with a cup of water. Omega 3 oils are definitely essential for our system.
Meat in general is definitely essential for our daily life and provides us with plenty of protein and vitamins along with being a tasty meal, but ducks in general tend to be the "best meat" you can have. They are full of nutrition and make a great meal as well. They are birds after all and they resemble chickens in some way. Duck meat tastes great and is definitely something to try out. This is the best meat out there for you the consume. Vegetarians will probably not eat meat but I have to mention every super food out there that is healthy for us human beings, no hard feelings.
Other things like dissolvable multivitamins taken on a daily basis that gets dissolved in water are a great way to stay "up and ready" while consuming your vitamins with ease.
Exercise more
Exercising is one of the major and most important things that we humans tend to sometimes miss or feel lazy in doing. Without exercising at least three times a week, our body will get used to being lazy and simply inactive. Our muscles will not get stronger and we will feel weak. Some types of exercises includes running 15 minutes a day and staying somehow more active at home rather than sitting on the sofa or laying while watching TV or YouTube videos, to lifting small weights that we are able to control. Starting off with a dumbbells set that is as little as 2 KGs each will surely get you started. When you lift weights, your muscles get stronger by feeling the pressure of the heavy things you lift, making you a stronger person in general. Other types of great exercises includes:
Bent-over row
Squats
Drink your water
Stay hydrated. Dehydration can cause headaches and other bad things to your body. Drinking plenty of water per day is the main thing to do on a daily basis. Without water the human body can not survive and with little water getting inside the body, you will get diseases such as a "sluggish" bowel function along with a dry mouth for sure, and other dangerous problems which we need to avoid.
Wealth means nothing if your health is on the line
Yes, we can definitely agree on the fact that our health matter the most and having money with no health, or hitting a really old age with plenty of money is only going to be bad for us, well not technically in all the aspects, like the problem of growing up to an old age needs a solution of having some type of wealth or money to be able to get to the hospital if you somehow need to, or having a check up with the doctor from time to time, including medications and other, but the idea is that while we are either really old or sick, our money is not going to matter as much as our health, so stay healthy everyone.
Conclusion: Staying hydrated, eating healthy and maybe having dissolvable multivitamins is one of the many ways to stay healthy and feel fresh, and in return enjoy your life by traveling and spending your money on whatever you want, while feeling great from the inside out.
