Hello everyone, today topic is interesting for many because a lot of people have addiction of having Tea or Coffee in daily basis. many people get headache if they don't have Tea or Coffee at their wake up timings. most of the people have Coffee and Tea to wake up and have energy boost up to their brain.
1- Some benefits of having Caffeine.
So as you all know most of the people have some knowledge about the side effects of having caffeine in shape of Tea or Coffee if taken in big amounts per day, but not a lot of you may know the benefits that this drug can actually give to us humans who drink it.
Caffeine is good for waking you up: This drug is useful in times when you are sleepy and lack sleep from last night, and have to somehow do something important like driving a car to reach a certain important place or going to work or college and other, coffee or tea do taste good and especially Nescafé which is Nestle's coffee made with milk and sugar, really nice to have it with some biscuits or cookies as you may name it in your own way.
It tastes good: Yes it does, coffee or any other caffeine drink, be it homemade or from a coffee shop, or even Starbucks can be delicious and surely makes us happier, this is a benefit for our general health as being happier makes us healthier. Drinking too much Starbucks or having outside made coffee can hurt your wallet through, so stay home especially in these Covid times.
Friendship: Having something to drink like coffee or tea can give us a good time with our friends and family. There is always something that brings people together, and in this case a tea time with some cookies is all you ever need.
It makes you alerted: Surely, this drug can make us alerted and not intoxicated or dizzy like other alcoholic drinks or drugs like hallucinogens. Staying alert is key for many important situations such as driving, studying and communicating with people in society.
Energy: Keeping us energetic during times where we feel lazy to do something is also a great benefit of caffeine. Laziness is the worst thing to happen to any person because it leads to evading important stuff to do, like studying, feeding your pets or simply cooking for your own kids in the worst case scenarios.
Diet: Caffeine can help in your weight loss journey, but will surely not make you lose fat, it will simply help you in your diet program.
Lower risk of cancer: Caffeine can help in lowering your risk of having cancer which is a really bad disease and one of the worst sickness a person can have. But again, do not consume caffeine a lot per day as it can be harmful for you.
Blepharospasm: Caffeine can play a role by helping in protecting people from having a disease in their eyes.
Lower risk of having a stroke: People who drink caffeine or coffee , tea or anything else that has this drug inside it will have a lower chance of having a stroke in his lifetime. This is proven by research and accurate statistics.
Some side effects:
Too much caffeine is BAD for you. Some of the side effects people can have by drinking a lot of coffee and tea or simply the intake of this amazing drug, the side effects can range from something not so dangerous to more alerting problems, headaches for a fact can happen if you don't drink caffeine, if you are used to it, which is a problem by itself, so limit your caffeine intake, and too much of this drug can lead to headache as well. Dehydration is also a huge cause of having too much caffeine. One simple cup can even dehydrate it to the point that we need to drink water after having Nescafé for example. Anxiety is another problem that can occur by having a lot of this drug. We do not want any side effects especially something serious like anxiety. Too much caffeine will also contribute in the lack of sleep or insomnia in short, when someone will keep on drinking this beautiful drug until he can not sleep anymore, this is serious and needs to be evaded as sleep is important and having about 8 hours of sleep each day is recommended for any adult below the age of 60, fast heart beat is also a common side effect of having too much caffeine. The body can not handle a lot of it. It it supposed to be something that wakes you up, or makes you more energetic, not something to overdose on and have in huge quantities per day.
Types of Coffee, Tea and other:
There are many types of coffee in the world, some of them include the following, and all of them should taste good for whoever picks them as their taste buds are going to love it, because each one of us have his own taste in food and liquids:
Arabica coffee, which is native to Arabia and is mostly common in Arabic countries and the Middle East, as well as being the most popular type of coffee in the world. This type of coffee is bitter and is considered a no for people that love sweet stuff, like milk and sugar with coffee for example.
Latte coffee, which is a type that has steamed milk inside it. This is native to Italy and is a favorite for a lot of people.
Espresso coffee, is a type of coffee that is also native to Italy and uses an Italian technic to be done. Boiling water is a must when it comes to Espresso, and it's name simply sounds beautiful and attractive for our ears.
Cappuccino coffee, a coffee type that is native to Austria, but is mostly related to, you guessed it, Italy. It is most favorable for people which tend to be fun and enjoy having a good looking drink. It is made with steamed milk FOAM, you can add MARSHMELLOWS to it if you like. Chocolate, anyone?
Black tea, a beautiful looking tea that looks reddish and has the benefit of reducing blood pressure, improving a person's gut health and of course many other benefits. It tastes great with sugar.
Milk tea, a type of tea made from milk and tea, something like Lipton tea can work, add some sugar and you got yourself a milk-tea that looks exactly similar to a Milk-coffee drink. Tasty and healthy at the same time.
Ginger tea, a great and tasty tea that involves ginger as a part of it's main source. It has great health benefits and some of them is "anti inflammation"
Green tea, which is a tea that tastes amazing and is also beautifully beneficial for human beings health. Green tea helps in burning FAT so if you are on a diet drink some green tea from time to time, another benefit from many is that green tea may play a role in reducing a person's' bad breath.
Coca cola, a soda drink that has plenty of caffeine and sugar, which tastes really nice and can be consumed from time to time, not on a daily basis, as it will be bad for our teeth and health.
Pepsi, another drink that is a soda, which has caffeine but in a less amount than Coca cola drink, also bad for our teeth and health if consumed a lot per day. Daily intake limit is a must in all soda drinks.
Conclusion: Caffeine is an amazing drug, it can be beneficial for us and can also cause problems which we need to evade. Drinking a lot of tea or coffee a day is not good for our health. Moderation is key. Stay healthy everyone.

Great topic on caffeine and Nescafe is my favorite drink but add more sugar to it. Caffeine is bad for us if consumed in high quantities daily as you said.
