The Europeans are have been eating fried chicken since then, they have covered the chicken meat with flour and spices before cooking. So, now I will share with you my recipe for my delicious fried chicken.

Ingredients:

1 1/2-kilo chicken (cut)

1 pack of breading mixed

1 pack of magic sarap

7 ml of soy sauce

3 ml of vinegar

1 liter of cooking oil

For coating

1/2 kilo of flour

1 pack of magic scrap

Procedure:

  1. Wash and clean the chicken meat and put it on the strainer for 1 minute. The purpose is to drain the excess water before putting in the other ingredients.

  2. After 1 minute of draining the excess water to the chicken meat. Transfer it into a large mixing bowl.

  3. Put the 1 pack of magic sarap to the chicken meat and massage the meat gently until the seasoning dissolves.

  4. Add the 7 ml soy sauce and 3 ml vinegar to the meat and massage it gently.

  5. Marinate it for at least 2-3 minutes.

  6. After the marinating process. Add the 1 pack breading mix. Mixed the chicken meat using your hands but before that make sure your hands are clean and avoid putting your hands to your mouth after mixing to avoid salmonella infection.

  7. Prepare and heat the frying pan before the coating process.

  8. If the frying pan is already got put the cooking oil.

  9. Put the 1/2 kilo flour to another mixing bowl and add the 1 pack magic sarap and mix it well.

  10. If the frying pan is now hot add the cooking oil and wait for it to heat.

  11. Coat the chicken meat one by one into the flour and put it in the frying pan.

  12. Cook it until golden brown and put it into a strainer so the excess oil will drain.
