Although the metaphor "the Coronavirus has no political position" is understood, which invites us to understand that this evil can affect us all regardless of religion, skin color or ideological or partisan stance, the truth is that Covid 19 is profoundly a disease of the neoliberal system that is not only expressed in the biological diseases that it causes in those who are infected by it, but also in the sufferings that the capitalist world system has in store for them.

Those who catch Covid 19 face the cruelty of the public and private health systems. The private ones that have made the body and the human mind a business, that put the economic thing above being and to which you have access simply if you have money. On the other hand, pauperrimos public health systems, (neoliberalism ensures that they are so). Few are the countries in the world where public health attends willingly.

The Coronavirus is selective in a way, and it gladly helps the logic of neoliberalism that aims to end the old. The old does not serve today's "Royal Capital", it is not an enthusiastic entrepreneur, it does not consume excessively, it plans based on a linear time perspective that postmodernism rejects, but, especially the old (the old), represent memory They have and are memory, and against it goes the ideology of neoliberal transparency.

The Covid 19 is greeted with charades or with the indifference of the accomplice in the celebratory countries of neoliberalism. Economy is prioritized over human life as much as pollution has been privileged over the common house of humanity.

It is clear to me, this evil is another evil of neoliberalism and its fight is the fight in the Union of peoples for a different world where the collective and the "gratifyingly human" are guides to the construction of another humanity, more human.
