Your life will go in the direction of your most dominant thought. Change what you’re thinking, and you’ll change where you’re going.
Anytime God is going to do something new in your life, give you more influence, more favor, more anointing, more resources, there’s going to be a test of being uncomfortable. Are you willing to stretch, to do something you’ve never done?
Stop being so hard on yourself. Stop being disappointed in yourself. Stop judging yourself. You’ve come too far to start doubting yourself right now. Just believe in yourself even when it seems hard to. Remember your inner strength, you’ve overcame so much with it.
When difficulty arises, remember, a thankful attitude combined with a heart full of praise will empower you to rise above anything you may face. Victoria Osteen said, "Having faith is different than having understanding. You can choose to have faith in God and His goodness even when things don’t make sense in the natural."
Focus on His goodness and take a step of faith. Sometimes we think it’s a lack of faith to say, “I don’t know.” We think we have to have all the answers, have it all figured out. Take the pressure off. You don’t have to know; God knows. He has you in the palm of His hand.
He’s directing your steps. Joyce Meyer said, "God is for you, so it really doesn’t matter who is against you or what people think (Rom. 8:31)." Live boldly for God, and enjoy the life He has given you. Don’t waste time worrying about what has gone wrong in the past or what might go wrong in the future.
Reserve that mental and emotional energy to come up with a solution to things that actually go wrong. Use the same energy you doubt yourself with to believe in yourself. We often overthink things that will never happen but don’t feed the possibilities of what can go right.
It’s all imagined. Stay busy visualizing something greater into existence for yourself. You don’t have to know how it's going to happen as long as you know Who is in control of your life.
“Ignoring your passion is slow suicide. Never ignore what your heart pumps for. Mold your career around your lifestyle and not your lifestyle around your career.” -- Kevin Claiborne
That’s when the Creator of the universe will open doors you couldn’t open, break chains that have held you back, bring dreams to pass that seemed impossible.
Punctuality and success go hand in hand. Being on time means you honor your promises. It builds your self-mastery and shows your respect for others. Joel Osteen said, "God wants to make you an example of His goodness." When He exceeds your expectations, people are going to take notice. They’re going to see the favor on your life. You’re going to have a new respect, a new level of influence.
