There were stories that went around about beastly people living in the trees.
This was talked about for decades, but nobody actually came face to face with any of them.
The new family that moved in the big white house on the corner of elm street, were very curious, especially since their dad worked in a lab.
This would be one story to investigate upon.
His wife Mrs. Adam worked as a police and can get Mr. Adam all the info. He would need, if they worked on this together.
They have 3 children, all teens, in which they are very proud of.
13, 15, and 16 1/2 are their ages.
In the neighborhood are many kids and teens so Mrs. Adam has a lot on her hands.
She does a neighborhood check every night to make sure everyone is in their homes by 11pm the latest.
The town is very small so neighborhood checks are inquired for her job.
Nobody is allowed in the woods after 11pm because supposedly that is when those beastly creatures come out to play.
Nobody has ever saw one, but people have been missing after 11pm .
So in this small town, the rules must be obeyed.
The ones who didn't obey, went missing and never were found.
The last time a report was made was several months ago.
Now even the parents had to obey this rule unless they work night shift or they have a reason for being outdoors after 11pm.
Mr. Adam had other plans up his sleeve.
He wanted to get to the bottom of this nightmarish rumor and prove to all the townspeople that this is just rumor people have made up.
He made up a plan to sneak out of the house when everyone is sleeping.
He will bring with him a flashlight and camera along with many other items in his pack sack.
He will prove to everyone that there is nothing to be scared of and that it was a rumor over used.
After the count down was done and everyone was in their homes, Mr. Adam escaped out of his own home around 2am.
Everyone in his house was sound asleep including his wife Mrs. Adam.
She had no idea what her husband was up to.
Their 15 year old son albert had an idea what his dad might do because he heard him talking on the phone to a co-worker.
But he didn't say anything to his mom because he wasn't sure if he heard his dad right.
He didn't want to start something that may not be there.
Mr. Adam got into the woods safely and walked around.
He saw tiny things flying around the trees.
They looked like bats, so he didn't assume anything, he just kept on walking.
At the end of the woods was a white brick wall.
A creature was sitting there staring over at Mr. Adam.
She started off being tiny and grew to people size.
Mr. Adam then started to panic, and asked her what she wanted.
She told him not to come any closer and to back away.
He felt like she would attack him if he didn't listen.
So he stood 10 feet away.
He took out his camera and pointed it towards her.
All of a sudden it fell out of his hands.
She felt threatened with him invading her space.
She warned him that if he didn't listen they would have to shrink him their size and tie him to a nest.
Mr. Adam didn't listen so 10.000 beastly creatures flew towards him and grabbed his body like as if he was nothing
They had shrunk him to the size of a bat.
They tied him tightly in the nest at the top of a tree.
The next day when Mrs. Miller did the count she realized one person was missing and figured out that it was her husband.
She was very upset that he couldn't listen to the one rule that could have saved his life.
Now even though she does not want to enter those woods, she may not have a choice because someone she loved to death was in there.

A whole crew of police were sent in the woods to do a search on Mr. Adam.
They looked everywhere and their were no signs of him.
The trees were silent and the only thing heard in there was a bird sitting on top of the tree.
Little do they know the bird voice was Mr. Adam.
He was turned into a bird and so was every other person that entered those woods and disrupted the beastly tree woman.
They became her servants and will never be turned back to themselves again.
Years have passed and Mr. Adam escaped the woods.
The only problem is that he will never be human again.
He remained to be a bird that will never die.
Every night he sat on the window sill facing his wives bedroom.
He would stare in for a long time and eventually fall asleep.
Then he he would peek in on his children.
He wanted to make sure they were alright.
That was the most he could do for them since he did the unspeakable by letting his curiosity get the better of him.
The rules still stands the same, nobody has ever gone back into the woods since Mr. Adam.
The rumor still lived on because he proved that something does exist in the woods.
The tree woman traps her curious victims by testing out their curiosity.
Then her people come to collect its body.
Shrink them and turn them into a bird that will never die.
They can roam around as much as they want to, but they will never be human again.
