Blue is the exact image of sadness, the shadow of loneliness, the soul of sorrow, in short it is the perfect representation of DEPRESSION. As you read it, I wanna ask you one question, what do you think would be the antonyms of "Feeling Blue" when we choose to rub out the Color?

HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT, AND FULFILLMENT

We need to rub out the color, so we can feel the feeling!

  • Remind each other this.

People need to be encouraged. People need to be reminded of how wonderful they are. People need to be believe in. Told that they are brave and smart and capable of accomplishing all the dreams they dream and more.

  • Listen closely to this.

The only time it's too late to change yourself is when you're dead. Until then, you're simply making excuses or lying to yourself. So choose to bloom like the many flowers in the garden.

I  know we're always supposed to look for the silver lining and I know most of us  always say that  we're strong enough to get through  anything. Our weakest points don't define us, hope is the most powerful virtue.  I always believe that there are moments where you could finally say "I'm happy with the things that passed and I'm satisfied with what's happening now". It is very important to always think what is best for you, whether people approve it or not. This is your life, you know what's good for you.

If you feel that you made mistake, choose to forgive yourself, not just once. Again and again and again. As many times as it takes to find peace. It is a sign of positivity, being positive isn't pretending that everything is good. It's seeing the good in everything. Life isn’t easy. Simply put, you will have good days and not so good days. You may relapse, or you may just feel off. Whatever the case may be, you are you. Perfectly you. You are not a broken toy, or malfunctioning software. You are human. Let yourself heal and recover.

If you feel like you cannot move on from whatever you are going through at the moment, remember this: Six months ago, or twelve months ago, or two years ago, you thought the same. You were in a position that threatened all that was hopeful within you; you did not think you would survive. But six months ago, or twelve months ago, or two years ago—you did. You did. You woke up in the morning. You pushed through the mess; you dug yourself out of the hurt. You held on to whatever light you found within your days; you pressed it into yourself whenever you could, reminding yourself that goodness still existed, that the softness was still there. Six months ago, or twelve months ago, or two years ago, you fought your way out of the dark. You have the strength to save yourself. You always have. Please don’t ever forget that.

Give yourself credit for getting through the days, you didn't think you would get through. for completing tasks, you didn't think you could do at all. for taking steps forward, when you thought you couldn't walk anymore. You are stronger and braver than you realize. Give yourself credit for that bravery, you deserve it.

  • CHOOSE TO DO IT NOW

LIVE YOUR LIFE FULL OF HAPPINESS WITH CONTENTMENT AND FULFILLMENT. In short, rub out that blue color.

If you choose to rub out the color when you are feeling blue, you will finally feel the feeling you deserve to feel.
