What Animal is this?

Dou know what kind of animal is this? Or is this even an animal? This is one of the shell design crafted by our fellow Filipino. I don't know if this is an animal but it looks familiar to me. I just don't remember where I had seen this guy. Maybe some kind of movie cartoon character.
