Adversity is a state of misfortune or affliction.
Adversity is on different levels, we have the likes of spiritual, social emotional as well as physical.
Analysing Adversity could then be seen as an investigation of crisis or misfortune.
Analysing Adversity is a step to hinder any shortcomings for positive results
Our troubles don't define us, however the way we handle them does as a result we should be aware of the adversities we face in life and understand the tools and techniques that can be used to overcome the them.
I've figured out a four word Acronym to understand the concept of dealing with adversities
MAMA
M(Maximize)- This has to do with you exxagerating the crisis at hand in order to know to the level of problem and not feel ignorant.
A(Analyse)- Extracting useful information from the situation in order to overcome the crisis
M(Minimise)-You understanding the crisis and taking it upon yourself do do something.
A(Advertise)- This has to do with you telling the whole world about the situation at hand though not feeling frustrated incase some person could offer you help in any way.
